Senior pass rate. Largish COA site that has power to most every site but no water, nor even shared taps. The one tap at the comfort station A loop inoperable. There is water at the dump station. No one at the entrance box Sunday afternoon (low season?) and no pay station. You must pay/reserve on line. Very few people this weekend so wi... more
Senior pass rate. Largish COA site that has power to most every site but no water, nor even shared taps. The one tap at the comfort station A loop inoperable. There is water at the dump station. No one at the entrance box Sunday afternoon (low season?) and no pay station. You must pay/reserve on line. Very few people this weekend so wide variety of spaces without close neighbors. NO soap cuz NO dispensers in the comfort station but otherwise clean enough. Enjoyed a warm free shower. Lake side recreation with plenty of room to walk and bike. Kid play area.

Overall Rating
I received a discount with my senior pass. A lot of access to campsites was blocked off, supposedly because of the pandemic. Reserve a spot when you arrive - no one is manning the gate house. The sites were a little close together but no other campers were in our area. The park was quiet and peaceful, with views of the lake.

We stayed her as our first campsite after buying a new camper. Very wooded with concrete pads, lots of shade and good cell coverage. We only had 30 amp hookup so but they do have a few 50 amp hookups closer the to river but they’re also close to the parking lot where a lot of people are coming and going. We stayed her as our first campsite after buying a new camper. Very wooded with concrete pads, lots of shade and good cell coverage. We only had 30 amp hookup so but they do have a few 50 amp hookups closer the to river but they’re also close to the parking lot where a lot of people are coming and going. We enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to stay here again in the future. They also have potable water and a dump station on site but it can have a bit of a line on depending on the time of day.

Overall Rating
Great location just an hour north of Little Rock and just a few miles off Highway 65. Easy to get to and the lake views and access is tough to beat. 30 amp and 50 amp spots. Great spot to take kids.
