Okay after reading reviews here I thought I step in a correct them as it seems there is a number of reviews posting the wrong price and time wasting.
It is a parking lot with unleveled spots so you definitely meet leveling Jack system. Now price. In reality it only cost $13 and maybe less if you win some. You must walk in the casino get a Winner Card and then play few games . In my case I played Keno. Each dollar gives you 4 points so $13 gives you 52 points . How fast can you get them? Here is my trick .
Walked in at 1:22 pm go up the stairs to the Keno counter. Ouch two keno cards . I selected 4 numbers on 1 with a $5 wager for 2 games and one card 4 numbers at at $3 wager for 1 game. Gave my winner card and $13 and seat firm game of $5 and the one for $3 start as soon the next game start. Then after 5 minutes the second game of $5 play . As soon as the numbers comes up you know if you win some. If not you are ready to go in less then 7 minutes. Go downstairs scan your winner reward card . Login select promotions and then RV parking and voila you got your ticket. Go to counter give to the clerk and in one minute more you get the placard to put in your driver’s side dash on your RV for that night. I left at 1:37 PM so took me 15 minutes turn around plus the wank to and from the parking and back give and take an other 5 minutes.
If you do not have a winner card yet then add another 5 minutes. If you play and Win on your meno add another 3 minutes to scan your ticket to get your cash ticket and take to another machine to get your winnings cash.
Only 3 stars because it is a parking lot with unleveled ground. Other that that a little gimmick but $13 cannot beat the campground next door at around $70 a night.

We didn’t end up staying here because it’s actually a bit expensive. I thought I’d share the updated system of getting a “free” RV spot. The lady at the Winner’s Circle desk was very helpful and honest about the whole process (she’s the whole reason I gave 5 stars).
To earn a spot you must:
1) Register for a player’s card at the Winners Circle desk
2) Accumulate 50 points on your card by spending $50 in slots, 4 points for Keno, or half hour at table games. (This is a big change from the 20 point requirement. This change happened in May 2020.)
3) Redeem your points by 10 PM at the kiosk
4) Bring redeemed points slip to Winner’s Circle and register for your RV spot.
***This process must be repeated EACH DAY you wish to stay.
We aren’t big gamblers and have terrible luck. We usually only spend $10-20 in the slots if we stay at a casino. If there’s restaurants, we’d much rather spend our money there as a “thank you for letting us park for free”. $50 to park in a parking lot with no services seemed a bit steep, so we drove 30 minutes south and spent our $50 on a beachfront RV park with full hookups.
However, there is an RV park right next to the casino. The lady at the desk said Winners Circle members get a discount there, and signing up for a players card is free. We were originally going to stay there, but we called 3 times in an hour span and no one answered. If you are able to get a spot at this RV park, it should be cheaper than trying to accumulate your points with slots and you’ll get services.

Last night we turned that $20 into $200, which more than paid for our stay, our groceries and laundry. The beach here is so beautiful and our site so private, we opted to stay an extra night. The parking lot was relatively empty when we pulled in but it filled up within a couple of hours and no one appears to be moving.
Max stay here is 7 nights. You've got to go into the casino, gamble $20 and get a new pass each day but the process is really easy and the staff here is very helpful and friendly.
I'm not a casino person but my husband is. And although I'd much prefer to be in a forest than a parking lot, this has been a great place to stay, regroup and stock up for the road ahead.

This place says you can park there then you have to go and get a card then you have to gamble at least $20 to get enough points to even get a parking pass. Then they have limited space to stay in. We will not be staying here again because of all the hassle and the long wait times to even talk to someone.

We stayed here in late June 2017 for 3 days and 2 nights. The lot is organized in that there are RV-sized spaces side by side and are all numbered. There are plenty of spaces, but on this particular weekend, the casino was celebrating its 22nd anniversary so the lot was very full by the time we got there early Friday evening.
You have to register at the Winner's Circle just to the left of the entrance as you enter the casino. In order to register you must: 1) be parked in a numbered, RV-specific spot in the RV lot (taking up several car parking spots is not allowed); 2) you must get a Player's Club card and earn 40 points by gambling (we spent $10 and about an hour playing $0.05 poker); and 3) you have to do all this by 10 PM.
If you don't get a spot by 10 PM (as was the case for many late-comers), you will be turned away and told not to park in the normal car parking lot.
Security does patrol the lots so it would be good to call ahead of time to make sure there are plenty of spaces, but also have a backup plan in case you get turned away.
The town was cool and the beach is adjacent to one side of the property -- in fact the ocean can be seen from the RV lot. Sunsets are pretty from the RV lot as well! Safeway was around the corner about 1 minute from the RV lot. There is also an RV park (Logan Road RV Park) close by that sells propane.
Overall, we had a good stay other than the crowd. Had it not been for the crowd, it would have been better, but what can you expect for late June when everyone is traveling?
As for connectivity, Verizon was at 3 bars of LTE, T-Mobile was spotty and seemed to fluctuate between Extended coverage and LTE (although I will say that even when I had LTE showing, I wasn't getting any data through), AT&T also had 3 bars of LTE.

I stayed a week in July of 2014, but as of June, 2015, Chinook Winds stopped allowing overnight RV camping. It's now day use only. It seems some people abused the privilege of staying there.
