This is a great park. All of the hookups work and it’s very clean. The view cannot be beat. Because it’s small, all of the sites have great views. The owner is friendly and they make homemade waffle cones, and locals told us the burgers they sometimes make are fantastic. Will definitely visit again.

Park was somewhat full when we arrived in late July. Owners were helpful and nice, the scenery was great, and the store was clean and had good ice cream and Merch! We would definitely stop here again if we’re in the area.

Easy reservation process just make sure you receive a confirmation text. Off 26 by 1/4 mile with easy in and out pull throughs with full hookup and level sites. Great view of Chimney Rock - lovely lights at night. Great stayover with no indication of permanent residents. Everything clean and well maintained Especially the restrooms... more

Great view of Chimney Rock - lovely lights at night. Great stayover with no indication of permanent residents. Everything clean and well maintained Especially the restrooms. Train tracks about 1/2 a mile away in a valley but we never noticed in our rv. The shop/snack bar the owners have is awesome-sandwiches, snacks, great souvenirs, beer and ice cream - they make the waffle cones to order- YUM!

Found this spot when looking for an overnight stay. Easy to get into, pull through sites with full hook ups. Had rained so lots of bugs but quiet enough for a good nights sleep.

We traveled here in our 38' motorhome and toad. We were the only ones at this great boutique style campground with full hookups! Our view was amazing of Chimney Rock both day and night. We traveled here in our 38' motorhome and toad. We were the only ones at this great boutique style campground with full hookups! Our view was amazing of Chimney Rock both day and night. The owners live nearby and came over to make sure all was good and even invited us on a trip up to Chimney Rock. It was so fun to learn the history of the area and Chimney Rock. Our location was close to Scottsbluff National Monument and even more fun, a trip to Carhenge in Alliance! The store was closed for the season, but Joe let us check out their cute store with so many fun items. This is definitely a hidden gem!

Guy on the phone was very nice. Gal at the desk was as well, check in went very quickly. We only spent one night on our way to Wyoming. Plenty of space for the dogs to run around which was nice. I can't remember the price, we stayed late August 2022 but it was VERY reasonable. Pretty bare bones park but the views were really pretty.

Very well taken care of campground with beautiful views of the plains and Chimney Rock. Easy to get to and the owners are extremely nice. The office is also a store with ice cream and novelties. Very well taken care of campground with beautiful views of the plains and Chimney Rock. Easy to get to and the owners are extremely nice. The office is also a store with ice cream and novelties. Definitely more mosquitos than we anticipated so come prepared with your choice of repellant. Trains pass by on a semi frequent basis. There seemed to be more trains on Sunday night but the rest of the week we only heard maybe 4-5 a day and maybe once overnight. Would stay here again.

We stayed for one night en route from Colorado to South Dakota. Sites are all pull through full hookup with 50 amps. Very level and all wired well. Chimney rock made for interesting scenery. No other amenities like shower or laundry but fine for one night stop. Staff very friendly. Trains going by were loud and very frequent.

Easy check-in process at the gift shop. Very friendly hosts. Site pretty well level with full hookups. 30AMP power at site 3, so used an adapter to connect. Beautiful view of Chimney Rock. Would use as a base camp to explore the area in the future. AT&T mobile connectivity sufficient for streaming etc.
