Careful maneuvering here. I’d suggest looping behind the gas station (through The Shoppers Lot. I have a 41ft 5th wheel and making the right turn off of Ellsworth road (heading north) into the dump station is a tight one. You can do it, but you gotta swing wide then come back to the pump to avoid the light pole Nicley positioned on the... more
Careful maneuvering here. I’d suggest looping behind the gas station (through The Shoppers Lot. I have a 41ft 5th wheel and making the right turn off of Ellsworth road (heading north) into the dump station is a tight one. You can do it, but you gotta swing wide then come back to the pump to avoid the light pole Nicley positioned on the corner behind the gas sign. If you can use leveling blocks and dump tank tube support, you can avoid gravity working against you because of the curb. They should cut a small gap in the curb to help with this, but as shown in the pictures I uploaded, you can overcome this easily with a simple set up.

“Fast and easy dump site”

Nothing special, but it is clean and easy to get to. It is the closet dump site to our house. The cost is $15 and you get a $5 discount if you get fuel or propane. The diesel prices at the gas station are very good. So it is worth the trip.

This one was the closest dump station for us. We were in Scottsdale/ Fountain Hills for a week. Used this station twice. $15 normally. If you get gas it gets dropped to $10. Not terrible for getting to dump and fill up on water. Easiest access would be going through the shopping center parking lot next door. Otherwise great!

Price went up to $15 at the dump most convenient to the house. They'll give you a $5 discount if you fill up. Plan on a lineup all the way around the station on a weekend.

We've been using this Chevron station to dump for three years when the camp ground doesn't have a dump station.
This location is great for the far east valley to dump tanks. I use a doughnut on the sewer fitting as there are no threads to seal the sewer hose to the dump pipe and my tanks drain faster than the can accept (yuck).

On weekends there may be a wait as this is the only dump station in the area. It is clean and well kept. I have used this station for more than a year and never really had any issues.
