Elmira water treatment facility that has a free dump station for use during business hours. Also has non potable water and hose but that may get shut off during the off season.
Residential streets but my 40ft coach still fit.

Dump station is open year-round, but water is not available during the winter. Open Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM.
