In the past usually loop C and D are usually open all year round. Of course, the water gets shut off during the fall before it starts to freeze.

We've seen camping at Chatfield year-round. Campsites have electricity hookups year-round as well. Not sure if the common water taps are kept open or which restrooms are closed.
