Our site, 09, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is not too bad for an urban park. Each site has a permanent table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was well groomed and located near the South Thompson River.
The park included wifi was workable but there was NO cable TV. We did not search for any OTA channels. Satellite would be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. There is a very large, grassy, CLEAN off leash park across the road behind the ball diamond. There is easy access to a boat ramp so if you have a Kayak or Canoe you will be pleased with the location.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a very nice overnighter. We paid $40.00 “CASH ONLY” per night and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.
The Rollin Ollens would stay here again

Stu and his wife live on site and are absolutely wonderful. Probably the friendliest RV Park Managers we’ve met! We backed into our riverside spot and it was much quieter than I thought. There is a bridge close by but traffic was sparse. The trains didn’t bother me but apparently they bothered my partner in the night. There is no privacy between the sites otherwise we’d probably give it a 5.
The bathrooms are some of the cleanest I’ve seen.
They prefer cash payment so make sure you have some. We didn’t have any Canadian cash but had some US cash which they took at 25%. Cost was $40 CAD and we gave the $30 USD.
The park is also super dog friendly which was nice, and there’s an off leash park about 200 metres away!
The wifi was decent. We didn’t have any problem hooking up our laptop to it and watched a bit of TV.
There was only 1 bar of cell service but managed to get a FaceTime in with my Mom. I wish Campendium would include Telus and Bell in their options of cellular providers for Canada.
We would definitely stay here again.

Nice campground with wonderful hosts. Right next the mouth of the river leading to the lake. Dog park right next door and a ball park across the street. Also there is a nice boat launch located next to it. Free Wifi and great cell service if needed.
