Here’s a park you DON’T want to stop at. Cedar Breaks RV Park in Cedar City Utah. Our 40’ 4059 Newmar SuperStar felt like it was going to dump over crossing the way to aggressive speed bump to get into this place. We could NOT enter their entry drive, it was too tight. And then it could not make the corner to pull down the lane our site was in. AND it could NOT make the corner to pull into our site once we drove it through an empty campground site to circumnavigate a tight entry corner. By the way… only 2 sites in the camp are considered “big rig” sites. So, we are in the site next to where they’d wanted us to squeeze in. We had to back in. And we had to unhitch our Bronco obviously to do that. To make things even tighter ALL the sites have a concrete (4” high or higher) berm around the grassy area AND the utilities area. So you are not able to smoothly approach your site. It’s all 90° angles. Again, quite a feat in our awesome (I do love my superstar just wish it could turn a bit tighter) rig. When I went to register that we were here the office door was locked (during office hours) and our campground map was outside in a rack. Not a big deal, I’m used to that after hours… but during “open” hours? Someone heard me try the door and came and opened it. The girl working the computer could barely be bothered to answer a few questions. And then when I called them after I walked to our spot and realized we wouldn’t fit I got that “whatever” attitude (again) from her. The sites are also not very level… our back tires are off the ground with the leveling system. Thankfully we’re only over-nighting and will be on the road tomorrow morning. And we will NEVER be back to this nightmare of a campground. If this campground had been full we’d have been spending the night at a truck stop, because we’d never have been able to get into a site. And if you’d read this far, my husband is an excellent driver of big rigs, he’s a 4th generation farmer who drove big rigs on our farm all the time.

We were just visiting family so it worked good for us. Had a nice pull thru spot with full hook-ups on an end. Only problem is our view was of the dumpsters and piles of trash around them. But, hey, we weren't there for the view. Facilities were clean, but we use our own. The folks were nice and there is a convenient little store if you need something. No train or road noise.

There was a flash flood here before we arrived that hit the office and laundry room. We were placed in a spot that had the main flow of the flood (we asked to be moved and were). We asked also for one of the many available shaded spots since the temperatures were in the mid-90s, but were told those spots are "Premium" and cost more though not being used. We were also charged $15 for arriving at 1pm instead of 2pm. The flood have moved dirt and gravel onto the paved roads in the park, but during our 6 days, no one attempted any clean-up. The park is surrounded by fairly sketchy looking mobile homes and businesses. On the positive side, the grass between spots is nearly perfect.

This is a decent campground with shade trees. They had a good setup for after hours check in. Seems like most sites have a grass area and picnic table on concrete. Level. Gravel and AC drives. We needed AC and 50 amp sites were a must and available. On the Main Street but at least our site in the back was quiet.

We were in the back section of the park for longer units. Sites are gravel and level with a thick green grass strip between site. The end of the strip is concrete with a picnic table. Water and electric are near the front of the site which is strange. Sewer is properly placed. While not too roomy, we weren't packed in. It appears the owners are working hard to have a very pleasant looking park. Electric and water were both strong. The office personnel were very pleasant and worked with us as we changed our reservation three times. There are a lot of tall thick trees for shade. We asked for site 35 because there is an opening to the sky for our satellite. Some of the shorter sites in the front part do not have tree coverage. The park WiFi was excellent. There are two pages of rules and they are rather strict but we prefer that. It keep the park quiet and well maintained. We also like there aren't fires that keep us in and windows closed.

Crazy two page rules with multiple signatures and fees. They advertise dog park, however the dog park was open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm during the office hours. Cost is high for a basic campground, laundromat. No activities, no clubhouse, no pool.
