Loop A is taken care of better and looks neater and cleaner. The hosts in A are very personable and want to make sure your stay there is a good one. Sites are blacktop and the pull through ones are a little sharp yet doable. It is a beautiful place and very much worth staying at. One recommendation, reserve early!

Agreed. Probably one of the best state parks. If your lucky to get any space, grab it!!

Huge difference! Loop B is like a parking lot and Loop A feels more rustic. That being said, the outer sites on Loop B are not bad at all.

The facilities and views were similar. I don't believe there is a big difference. We stayed in loop B and the orientation gave us nice views of the scenery.

We have stayed in Loop A the 2 times we have been here. Also walked part of loop B and both seem very similar. Both very clean and decent distance between pads. All appeared very level as well. I would not hesitate picking one or the other.

Not that we saw. Be aware that the site numbers at least when we were there in 2016, were set halfway back in the site next to the electric pole. We got there as it was getting dark and they were difficult to see. Also, we stayed in a back in site which was great and spacious but the pull thru site we stayed in was a quite sharp curve (we are a 34' class A) and require you to face the road rather than the open space on the other side. We walked around the CG quite a bit since our cat decided to take an independent walkabout and didn't notice a big difference in sites. However, and this may also have been changed, the "ADA" compliant bathroom showers were not. The pushbutton water control was on the outside of the stall and there was no lower shower.

We have camped here 4x over the past 4 years and my impression is that loop A would suit smaller campers / camper vans / tenting. Loop B is usually the larger Class A, travel trailers or Class Cs.
