Overall Rating

Big flat are to set-up for City of Rocks Natl Res and Castle Rocks State Park. Pull in, choose a spot, pay cash in the box. Was very dusty and wind driven dirt was an issue. There's not an outhouse on site, but options close by. Fill water at the horse trailhead up Smoky Mountain. Enjoy the hot spring pool in Almo. Great cell service.

Overall Rating

First come first serve. Easy access and big rigs friendly. Leveled pull thru & back in sites. Pay station $10/night.
No hookups. Easy access to City Of Rocks.

Verizon was very weak but AT&T worked great!
