We ended up finding information on the office door. We were able to dump our porta pottie and sleep. It wasn’t great and I wouldn’t want to hang out there but it served our purpose.

One guy was stumbling around drunk with a can of Busch Light. We didn't necessarily feel in any danger but there was no way I was going to let my kids ride their bikes around without us. We wouldn't stay here again. I'm giving it 2 stars because the amenities worked but that's the nicest thing I can say about the place.

The sites are nothing special and there appear to be a lot of seasonal or long term campers here. All the utilities worked well and we had very good Verizon and AT&T coverage. We would use this CG again for another overnight spot but probably not for an extended stay.
