Dump was fouled by two squatter RVs for longer length TV/towed vehicles (our F150 w/ 25' trailer didn't want to attempt it). One trailer abandoned, owner in jail, several other long term trailers suggest to us the 14 day limit isn't really enforced. Sweet caretaker, somewhat overwhelmed. Adjacent road busy during the day. Spanish Fort's Recreation Dept. should be scolded for the poor maintenance of the natural areas behind the sites...and for the price charged, given the limited services & quality provided. The state park and RV park adjacent to the Great Salt Lake are better choices.

Next to city park owned by city. Electric water and dump station. 40.00 is a rip off most city parks are donations or a minimal fee . Noisy with busy street in front. We would not have stayed if I would have known the price should have looked on Campendium first.

We brought our 41” rv with trailer towing my car here just a few weeks ago in April. Everything was so green and beautiful, the birds were singing, the lake was stunning, absolutely loved it. The parking spots aren’t level - they dip down in the rear if you back in. Recommend bringing blocks. We did not, though, and it was fine. There are picnic tables, lots of walking right next to the golf course, a little dilapidated sandwich and ice cream shop about half a mile up the road, and you’re 20 minutes from Provo. Great location! I believe you can fish in the lake, but I’m not certain. 30 amps and water available. Very quiet. There are two driveway entrances: one is not rv friendly but the other is excellent. There wasn’t a speck of trash anywhere. And we had the place to ourselves until the last day!

Well this is a fiasco. They want $40 a night for Canyon View which is essentially an unlevel parking lot. It's right off a busy highway and doesn't even have so much as a pit toilet, let alone showers. Out of principle, we're going somewhere else. What a rip off! Oh, by the way, the only view is cars zooming by at 50mph.

This spot was literally a camping spot with partial hookups. It was in a nice area and behind a nice park. There are no extras but it is a safe place to stay for a short period of time if needed or passing through.

Upon on arrival, unknown what spot we were to be in, attempted to call the numbers listed overs 40 times, went to automated busy every time. Finally got in touch with somebody thru a number provided by another camper (someone’s personal cell), who then told us to just pick a spot and she would move our reservation to there. This is 30 amp ONLY (we had been told when we made our reservations that it was 50amp). Water is split between 2 RV’s cutting water pressure down to below 20psi. The “dump station” is at the end of the second parking area and can not be used by pulling your RV up to it, you must have a tote to use.
Yes, the park is behind us, which makes it very noisy. However, it is NOT where to can reasonably walk and there are NOT the bike paths as seen in thier photos.
Very disappointed. We paid $20.00 a night to basically boondock on a very uneven parking lot . When we went to level our rig, the front jacks bottomed out and the rigs are so close to gather we could not fully open our awnings
On a positive note, both ATT and Verizon have good service here.

SITE: Water and Electricity only and all amenities worked great. All sites are back in and spaced in a large parking lot. Picnic table per site in the shade under the trees by your site; level site; all concrete; the sites are close together, but it wasn't full so the RVers thoughtfully spaced out from each other; full sun,
CELL SERVICE: AT&T worked great - not all bars but it worked well for use working remote and no issues with video calls using our hotspot.
OTHER: Located on the edge of Canyon View Park. The park had just closed as they prep for their annual Christmas light show, but you could still walk on the trail through the park to access the main bike/walk trail which was awesome and goes on for many miles! We loved using this everyday we were there. Bathroom in the park was really clean. Dump station is in the parking lot (super convenient) on the back side. It was super gusty, windy at night and consistent every night from about 11pm - 10am. Maybe it's just seasonal? Make sure your awning is in!

There are t a lot of options in this area, but Canyon View worked for us.
There are two sections...and you definitely want to pull into the first entrance just past the main Canyon View Park entrance (it’s NOT the Park entrance...the next right...and it sneaks up on you!). The farther in you go, the more level the sites seem to be. We stayed in 14, and wasn’t quite able to level our 42’ Class A bit it was comfortable enough. Our coach is quite a bit longer than the painted lines, but it didn’t seem to be an issue.
There is a dump station at the very end, but you may not be able to reach it while towing.
The canyon winds are regular...every day from 2am until 10am. So don’t leave your awnings out!
You may not see the caretaker each day, but be sure to use the pay stand in between the two sections!
The park down the hill (an access trail in the middle of the RV sites) is very nice, and the paved River Trail into Spanish Fork is an easy pedal.
This campground was also convenient for getting into Spanish Fork.
Not the prettiest place we’ve stayed, and if someone pulled into the spot next to you it would be a bit tight, but overall it was a good reset given the options in the area!

Due to a death in our family we had to cancel our reservation the day after we booked it.. but since that was within 15 days, the resort wouldn't issue us a full refund. That's right, they require 15 days notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
