The site was on a concrete block, which was really nice. It was a quiet place that felt very safe and comfortable. There are some trains somewhat nearby, but they didn’t affect my sleep or my comfort. Nestled within a suburb, but with lots of trees and grass you don’t really have the feeling you’re in town. I would stay here again for sure.

Bathrooms and laundry were clean and very nice. Some train noise, but that didn't bother me, I like trains. Would definitely stay here again. Within 25 minutes of just about anything in Kansas City. So lots to do within a short distance of this campground. I will definitely stay again if in the area

Very clean, very well laid out RV park near downtown Independence, MO and reasonably close to Kansas City. Level sites, paved drive. Very clean bath house. Noise, but this is an urban park.

When I called the gent was off site but he took the initiative to call back a few hours later (by then I had made a reservation with my phone). Sites are fairly level with concrete pads (at least site 3 was). Mostly fairly big rigs parked there, especial compared to my Sprinter Van. Bathrooms were simple but very clean (my wife even took a shower there). Low score for noise given the proximity to a main railroad line with several trains passing through during the night tooting to announce their presence; nothing really deafening but certainly noticeable.

Bathrooms and laundry required a security code, which they email to you so look for that if you're standing outside the laundry after the office closes. Train tracks nearby so if train horns bother you you're out of luck here. Otherwise very quiet. No playground for kids but there is one nearby with a short drive. We camped at The Campus RV Park in a Motorhome.

This includes a low 13 foot 10 inch underpass on eastbound Truman Road (13’ 4” in the westbound direction). I recommend taking I-70 east to Noland Road, a little longer drive but the peace of mind is worth it. Be ready for some serious train noise at this park, there are crossings nearby with some loud horn blowing. Sites are narrow but provided enough space for our equipment including slides. Service was friendly, cell reception was great, never tried the WIFI or OTA antenna. Restroom was clean. Laundry facility was fine only charging $1.50 to wash or dry. Easy access to downtown Kansas City in about 20 minutes. Just be ready for some really bad roads in the area.

Wonderfully paced full hook up sites. 50amp! Centrally located and within walking distance of historical sites and many, many, many churches.
Hosts are welcoming and very nice. Have stayed twice. Will always stay here when visiting Kansas City.

Our GPS led us to the park via some narrow streets. We did not encounter any problems but... Signage is adequate. Check in was quick and easy. Interior roads are paved and in fairly good condition. Our site, 27, was a back in near the end of the row. We visited during the off season thus the park was not full and we had space. During peak season you will have slide to awning This is an urban park so expect noise including trains.
Sites are level concrete with a small patio and table with patchy grass between sites. Utilities are 50 and 30 Amp with water and sewer situated to the left rear. There is no cable but a number of OTA channels are available. Wifi was not the greatest. It cut out often. There are laundry facilities on site. The machines were clean and in good working order but e thought it they were a little pricey. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance.
We paid a weekly rate of $231.03 including tax. No Good Sam discount on weekly rate. We found it to be a fair price and would return if in the area.
