This waterfront private campground just a tiny bit south of the town of Perce' offers a variety of camping options including "ready-to-camp" RVs and more secluded tent-only spaces. In mid September, they were about 1/4 full. Many sites have beautiful views of Ile Bonaventure and Perce' rock. You cannot access the water from the campground - it's on a tall, steep cliff that you'll can see from Bonaventure. It's an easy walk to the town center and the boat dock for access to the island. Staff was friendly and efficient and the facilities were well-maintained. The park is along the main highway, but any noise was not a problem for us. I do wonder if it could be more of an issue in the peak season.
This was the 3rd park we tried in Perce' - two others would not allow our dogs. One understandably- it was a tiny park connected to a restaurant. The other - a large park with two sections straddling the main road - declined when they saw our Great Dane.
We're glad - this turned out to be the best spot in town from our POV!
