These are not good people!!!
We had booked one week at this campground. On the day we were to arrive we received an email stating there would be no potable water available. At that point we were about an hour away and would get answers to our questions once we arrived.
First question, how long would the water be unsafe to consume? The answer was Monday at the earliest. Monday was 4 days of our weeks stay if it was Monday at all.
Now not to disclosed to much personal info. I am old and not in the best health. Staying at a campground where I am risking getting sick would not be the smartest decision. Not to mention pumping non potable water through all of the plumbing and filters in my RV could become quite expensive to remediate if some pathogen decided to take up residence in my rig.
We decided to go elsewhere. However, the plot thickens because the owners of this campground are greedy selfish people. They would not give us our deposit back. I was not a small deposit either. It was 50% of one weeks stay. About $250 CAD. Or 3 and a half nights stay.
They stated we were canceling on them even though they were clearly not providing clean drinkable water that we were expecting them to provide.
Now I do not know Canadian law but my parents did teach me right from wrong, this is clearly wrong.
I hope that you will read this review and stand with us to send a message that unfair and predatory practices will not be tolerated by the public.
Thank you for reading my review and God bless.

Stayed here for four nights to visit Montréal and it was about 30min to Longueuil metro station. Sites are flat and spacious and park has the full complement of amenities. Very peaceful. There is a horse training obstacle course next door for fun. WiFi worked well.

Campground is fairly close to Montreal, and on the main highway so the noise is constant. There is an RV dealership next door, which should be able to handle parts and repairs easily. There is propane service on site, as well as an indoor RV washing spot. Nice looking pool, with lifeguard (didn't use it.) Laundry and showers looked clean (didn't use them, either!) and the CG has all the amenities you expect or could want. Most of the sites are occupied by permanent residents, many of whom have elaborately added to their sites with decks, patios, tool sheds, stone walls and plantings. I saw one site with a lawn mower parked under the trailer! Transient sites are all together in a large field with no shade. They are mostly flat, and all have FHU. Staff are friendly and helpful, and most speak English pretty well. Cell service was OK. WiFi was very weak and unusable.
Note that, although Canada is officially a bilingual country, somebody forgot to tell Quebec! Road signs in the province are in French only, and menus and "coming attractions" listings may or nay not have translations. In this campground the map they hand out is printed in both languages, but the "Reglements" (Campground Rules) which cover the entire back of the map are in French. No printed translation is available! Better brush up on your French if you plan on visiting Quebec!

Exiting the park there is a tight turn that most people navigated well. The premium sites exit differently and avoid that turn, which was nice for our bigger rig.
They had some activities, but we were in the area for sightseeing and didn’t participate. The park wasn’t overly close to the city, but it was manageable. Overall, it was a nice park and we had no problems, but I wouldn’t pay for the premium site next time.

We could not preregister as minimum of 3 nights was required, but the man at the desk said no problem as they had a lot of available sites. This was true, desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, unlike other RV Parks, we could not include the 2 nights we had already paid for if we wanted to extend our stay for a week and get the weekly rate. Would have had to stay another 7 nights as the computer could not accommodate the request ! ? The pool was not "heated" enough to swim in. Small library with mostly French books. Small gym room was locked. A $20 deposit for the gate pass required, returned when we handed in the pass on leaving. Directions were given for driving to Montreal by car or by train. The wifi was down and did not work whilst we were there. We would stay here again. There is a KOA closer to the city, but they did not return my calls.
