“A highly accessible provincial rec site campground, gated in the off-season”

We were here around Sept 10 and the campground was gated, locked and empty. A very well-developed provincial recreation site with well graded gravel roads and lots of room to get in and turn around. There is a sign for a Campground Host when open to collect the $15 per night fee. Lots of waterfront sites directly on Campbell Lake. Sign says bear in area - not surprising as this is probably a pretty busy campground in season. Campground is forested but sites are not particularly private.
Cell signal does reach across Campbell Lake though you will likely need a cell booster to access it.
