The grounds were not kept up, dry & brown. Not what you see in the pictures. The palm trees were all dropped where you thought they would fall on you or your rv. The main facility room was closed because the AC didn’t work. The laundry room I did use I don’t think had AC.. it was hot! and the most expensive laundry room I’ve seen.
The couple of employees we saw were nice.
The listed rate was not what we paid at all. It showed $40 & we paid $74 a night for a storage lot. The hook ups were in odd places water & electric on the passenger side & sewage all the way up front. Had to get creative to hook up. Then another sewage right under our steps so we put our mat out to not trip on it. Just a weird set up,

Small, odd-shaped sites and narrow access roads with outdated facilities.
Nearby Palm Bay has all the suburban conveniences.
The view of the Indian River Lagoon is nice.

We stayed at Camelot for two weeks while exploring the Cocoa Beach, Melbourne Beach, and Vero Beach area. The park was centrally located to these beaches with the nearest being about 15 minutes away. We had a great view of the Indian River. The park is mostly permanent but didn't look trashy like some do. The transient crowd was packed in like sardines. Our pad was level concrete but it was so narrow that our stairs had to sit on sandy grass. We had no picnic table on our site though some sites here and there did have them. The shower rooms were very clean as was the laundry room. Everyone was very friendly and the park was quiet at night even though Hwy 1 and a train track bounded the property. It was disappointing that we felt like we couldn't sit outside without sitting in the neighbors' laps but our main objective was to stay someplace close to all of the beaches. With that said, we would stay here again.

Great location to get to major beaches like Cocoa, Merritt Island, Melbourne. Located on A1A and sandwiched between the busy road and train tracks in the back I would request a shaded middle site when reserving. Our site had no shade (hot) and was right on busy road so it was also a little windy. Laundry and showers were awesome. Pool is super and lightly used. Dogs permitted on leash. Note: this is a 55+ location so if dogs are off leash for nanosecond you will get shit for it. Sites are level and paved with easy hook up sitch. We would come here again.

Great park for the rate! We stayed here as a stopover between Savannah, GA and Fort Lauderdale, FL. We ended up staying 2 nights so we could see the Kennedy Space Center (an hour drive away).
The park was easy to check-in to, and we were guided to our full service pull through. The site was a cement pad and level. The bathrooms were large and clean. There is a laundry room, which was great. The wifi was typical 'okay' service. The pool was wonderful and the sunrises amazing.
The only thing to note is that the park is next to a busy road (US1), so the sites closer to the road are noisier than the ones farther away.
It's close to beaches, but we were there when there was bad weather and many beach hazard warnings. There weren't a lot of shops or restaurants within walking distance, but there are tons a short drive away. Squid Lips was a fun over-the-water restaurant that we visited (we went to the Sebastian location, but there is also one in Melbourne).
Lastly, do not miss the Kennedy Space Center. It's a must see, if you haven't already!
