Everything I could ask for except a free dump lol. The RED water spigot is potable and the blue ones are not (as labeled by RV fuel). Some areas it’s the blue ones so now I know.

Nice CG along Hwy 260. Box canyon lake is nearby and worth a trip. My only negative was traffic noise was loud at night.

The first dozen or so sites are pull throughs and heavily wooded, making a stay here very pleasant.
