Cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Showers had complementary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. They had free coffee and tea in the office. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, overall it was a great stay.

We were here 3 years ago. It was a decent park. Not great but good enough to return. Things have changed since. It has gone down hill with mostly permanent residents. Sadly many look like they're struggling and have junk strewed around. In our case the neighbor had to move some of their possessions which were on our small lot. ... more

Got here on a Tuesday at 1:30 PM. Office was open but unattended. Sign said to call if service was needed. We did and attendant came down and showed us the two spots that were available. If we didn't need to dump our tanks and get water we would have gone.
Both sites were very narrow making it difficult to find a spot where both slides could be opened. Found that spot but then couldn't access all the bays. Sites are dirt. One plus, our site was level. Needed to park toad across road. We were parked on an end unit and even though we were a reasonable distance from the road, a 40 foot diesel almost hit our front end negotiating a tight turn so he could back into the only other spot that was open. There was a better turn around area, but no attendant to help out.

The park is acceptable for an overnight stay. It feels safe and, even thought it is close to a freeway and major artery, it is quiet at night. There are restaurants and gas stations very close. 3-stars because the condition of the part is so-so. While the park looks picked up (sort of neat) you can see the evidence of age. The pool is either in disrepair or being repaired. Lot's of guest RVs looking very worn out. The staff was friendly and my spot was shady and clean. The 30-amp receptacle at my site was loose, its power was intermittent, Instead I used the 50 amp receptacle and my 50/30 amp adapter and it worked fine. The sewer hook up was broken there fore hard to use without splashing waste everywhere. Good cell coverage on AT&T and the parks wifi was fairly good, better than most RV parks. I stayed here because it was the the target area for my drive and it was the best reviewed park around. I did not find many in the area during my search so if you find the same consider staying here.

Lovely spot after driving across NV. Grateful for night check-in. Great, warm showers in clean bathroom. Quiet though right of the highway. Love the trees. Nice pool though we didn’t get time to use it. Wi-fi. $8 extra for dump.
