As we have our own facilities I can’t speak about the hot water. I can be fussy on bathrooms and I would have used them. The camp host said she would freshen them up for us as we were the only ones there. I assume they hadn’t had anyone there for a bit. Others did come in the day we left. We had a quiet night’s sleep (except for one loud bird in the morning 😅). The grounds were a bit soggy but we have experienced that at a few other sites due to heavy rains. In other words beyond their control. Hosts were pleasant and we appreciated being in a cute village.

Ok spot to pitch a tent. Road thru sites is tight for anything larger than a 20’ trailer we stayed in a 17’ dry camp.. Beach trail walk was nice but the vibe I got is this is where tweekers go to die.

I can only best describe the campground is a small place located right next to rural neighborhood with barking dogs and cats everywhere.

The camp host looked more like a homeless person living in a motorhome ( I’m sorry but I’m being honest) and the sites were all along a very rough dirt road and were unclear. This may be a lovely private place for other people, but for women traveling alone I would not advise it.

A few sites big enough for RV’s but mostly tent and van camping areas. Camp host was fantastic. Beautiful setting a clean park.

There's no hookups, but it seems that most of the money generated from the park goes to help the homeless and hungry. The park office (currently closed because of Covid) is also a food pantry, and they have a paper explaining how they help the homeless. So we didn't mind at all to pay the $20 for no hookups. Site 2, 3, and 4 looked the best for solar. Bathrooms were cleaned at least twice daily, and the camphost is very nice. The bathroom also has a shower, which is always much appreciated. Lovely little park!
The one site with hookups was occupied when we were there. It is $25. Since the park office is closed, just knock on the camp host's door to pay.
Verizon was great!

We were hoping for a partial hookup but only one is offered and it was taken so we filled our trailer at a nearby spigot and that worked fine for us. My stepdad checked out the bathrooms and said they have showers which would be a plus for anyone in a tent or dry camping.
The beach trail is quick and easy, leading to a small cove. It’s windy here, but a light jacket made the walk pleasant.
The only negatives I can think of are the fire pits are small (but still effective) & one of the houses across from the park has peacocks which get noisy on occasion, but that’s really a stretch. Do yourself a favor and stay here, save the money from the KOA to get dinner at the local oyster place.

Small county park that is run on by the Chinook Indian Reservation. Some sites are better then others, but the place has potential if they were to do some improvements, which would be easily done if they were to put the money into it. One site is available with 50 amp electric, and water at site for $25, dump was clogged with no plans to fix. Otherwise RVs are $20, with room for a couple large rigs, but best for smaller rigs. TheMost sites are in the wooded area, with lots of shade, the hook up site is in the open but large. Two units could be parked in the hook up site, and the managers seem flexible. Trail to a small beach area within a short distance. A KOA is one mile away with Propane (.30/gallon higher then others in surrounding area) , dump, and a small camp store. The KOA is very nice with a wonderful owner, yet sites are twice the price as this County Park.
