Overall Rating
This is a no frills park but it earned 5 stars from us because the owners are so dang kind and we had a very peaceful stay. On-site laundry, full hook-ups, some shady sites if you want. I think almost all sites were grassy. Very reasonable prices. Perfect place for us to regroup after spending 5 months in Mexico!

Long pull-thru. Utilities in the right place. Mostly level. Wifi that worked. P Quiet at night. Very nice owner. Perfect for a stopover!

Owner is very friendly and helpful. Sites are dirt, with very little grass between, but easy to access and level. Washer and dryer in the office are honor system payment. Small restroom/shower, also in the office, which is open 7am to 9pm. Most occupants are monthly locals, and people passing through. Very quiet park at night, but high... more

The owner was very nice. Helped us with our back landing gear. Good verizon signal. Road construction going on when we were there otherwise pretty quiet.
