Closest Campground to Lambeau Field. Pull in, back in, parallel park on the concrete. Makes no difference. Wide open fields. There is a map at the kiosk showing what sites have water along with power. We had 50 amp at site 43/44 and water. BP gas station is close if you don't have exact change at self pay as the electronic pay/register machine was closed for the season. There is a newer 2 lane dump station with potable water on site. Free for registered campers otherwise $10 if passing thru. A Bald Eagle flew low over our camper holding a fish. Crazy.

When you arrive, you check in at an electronic kiosk that accepts credit cards. Pick a site, then pay by the night or for however many nights you intend to stay. Do note: if your chosen site was occupied the night before, you won't be able to check in until 4pm. Check out here is late - either 2pm or 3pm.
Some sites have electric only, others have electric and water. Be sure to check what type of electric is at the pedestal for the site you choose - some offer 50A, while others are 30A/15A only. When we arrived and throughout our stay there were plenty of available sites of both varieties.
We chose a site towards the river/boat launch in a large grassy area with no trees/foliage, but many chose to park in sites under a treed area closer to the entrance (likely because it was HOT while we were here). We loved having a large swath of green grass surrounding us and had no close neighbors during our stay (although if it got full, close neighbors are a possibility). We chose to back our rig onto the grass and set up, although one or two other rigs chose to parallel park on the pavement area abutting the grass instead.
Each site has a picnic table, but no fire ring.
This park is very quiet at night (and throughout the day too!) We enjoyed observing a Bald Eagle family (mom and fledgling) that lived in the nearby trees and hung out in the field behind our rig to eat.
We used Starlink here as our chosen site had a very clear view of the sky. Verizon was also good with 4G service.
We enjoyed running from the park, using the sidewalks to access the rail trail across the river. The city of Green Bay is small but nice - we enjoyed trying the various breweries and watching the trains roll through town.

“Closed for a few more days but looks like it has great potential!”
noted 6/23/2021
I was passing through and wanted to check it out for possible future use. Without any events going on this fairgrounds seems more like a city park = great for camping. The camping area is undergoing some major renovations - there is a new bathhouse, landscaping, electronic registration area, and brand new dump station in the far NE corner of the property. There are train tracks across from the entrance so I'm not sure how much traffic that gets. The boat launch area and view of the Fox River is great. There are lots of mature shade trees on the south side of the park (the fair facilities are clustered on the north side). Can't wait to try it.
