Found this listing and booked it through Airbnb. It was approximately $120/night with the Airbnb service fee and the $75 cleaning fee. Paid in full when booking and there was a zero refund policy for cancellations. This RV park appears to be mostly long term RVs (although a couple others were listed for rent through Airbnb as well) and there is an HOA. The host did need to send over an “application” that we filled out electronically. Also needed to include photos of all four sides of the RV with the application. It is only open to RVs (no pop ups or tents). 2 animal maximum due to HOA rules.

The host recommends using the second driveway to enter the park. While that driveway makes it easier to back into the site (from your Driver’s side) the second driveway is a bit steep. As soon as we made the turn with our RV and toad we knew we would scrape the bottom. The first driveway is not as steep.

Site was the 6th spot in on the left from the second driveway (B6). The road itself in the park seemed a bit narrow. If you can back up your RV well you should have no problems. Otherwise, it might be challenging. The actual site was plenty long and wide enough for our 37 foot class A and toad. It was the nicest site in the whole park. In fact, I would say the site itself is the nicest site I’ve stayed in recently at any park. The gravel looks fairly new/fresh and it was pretty level. There are trees on both sides of site so you’re not staring at our neighbors. Behind the site are also some trees then a grassy area. It felt very private. There was a picnic table and fire ring. The utilities worked well. The host of this site does have a camper on the lot next door, but he was not there during my visit. In fact, the camper on the other side and across the street remained empty throughout my stay as well. All other campers encountered were pleasant. Key Deer and chickens were often wandering through the park. For being close to the highway it was pretty quiet. Only really noticed traffic noise when sirens went by.

Checked in on a Sunday, so just emailed the office manager of arrival. Office is open with limited hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Did have to stop by on Monday for a parking pass.

They do have restrooms, laundry, and a pool. Didn’t use any of these facilities. Good Verizon signal. Able to talk, text search the internet and stream videos.

While this park as a whole wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing, the site was super nice. Like with any campground with longer term residents, some sites are well kept and others are not. The park wasn’t very large so you can’t do much walking there. We weren’t there for the park, but to see the sites. Overall, happy with our choice to stay here and the experience. Would stay here again.
