It was right next to a very busy road, which meant constant noise from not only the cars but a train on the opposite side of the park.
There are signs everywhere telling people what they can’t d (blow dry hair, have grills, etc) which makes it seem very uncomfortable.
The toilets were clean, but the ladies shower was filled with hair and dried shampoo on the walls. We will never stay here again!

Ninety degrees and no shade on gravel pull through site 43, meant running the AC, so the proximity of I-90 and its noise didn’t bother us. Site level enough for us to avoid unhitching on our one night stopover on the way to Farragut State Park. The store has a few essentials in food, snacks, camping stuff and of course Huckleberry products. Mens restroom and showers were clean and in good order. Laundry room looked nice. Better than average for a one night stop. Verizon hotspot with 3 bars provided better Internet speed than the Wifi.

Sites are close together. Facilities are nice. Good Sam discount saved us 10%.
Campground a bit noisy during quiet time, 10 PM to 7 AM with vehicles coming and going.
Good Wifi on-site.
The hosts were very nice and helpful.

My main purpose in writing is to reaffirm that the pluses and minuses described by this community in older reviews - the last one is almost a year ago - still apply:
Pluses: friendly, helpful ownership; well-maintained campground; very clean public facilities (rest rooms/laundry); extremely convenient to Bozeman and surrounding areas; close to I-90 to jump on/off; level gravel sites; full hook ups; wifi.
Negatives: noise: next to I-90 and trains; some sites are very close together, but try to get this one - it's shaded and better than the average commercial RV site. Some of the sites have no shade and were closer (there is a mix of back-in and pull throughs like this one).
Full disclosure: no pets on board here.

We felt that the park was very nice. The staff was friendly and we saw them walking around all day long helping people, cleaning facilities, etc. Our site was level (no leveling blocks needed) and long enough for our 39' class A plus full size pickup. Our site was on an end so we had tons of room outside of our door. The grounds were clean, trash emptied often, bathrooms were clean, easy access off of I-90.
The good: proximity to downtown Bozeman - only 1-2 miles from downtown so very easy access to anything you need in town. We didn't have time to explore much other than downtown and the Bozeman Recreation Area due to a work day.
The bad: noise! I hope you like trains; lots and lots of trains. Oh, and the interstate. Yep, lots of noise all day and all night.
The ugly: cell coverage. Not sure what's up with the network coverage in this area of town. We had 2-3 bars of Verizon 4G but still struggled with sluggish service while we tried to work. Sometimes it was fine but would then slow down and/or bounce for a while. Very aggravating if you're on web meetings and/or up/download documents often. We were right next to the office so had a little bit of WiFi availability, but it would come and go also.

**This Park is now called Bozeman Trail*** Let me start off by saying that I have yet to write a poor review on Campendium. This park felt safe and the staff seemed nice upon check-in. Besides the high price which is likely comparable for the area, the sight we were in felt quite narrow. For an overnight stay no biggie and we are not particularly picky. The issue for us was all of the noises. Many rv parks are beside train tracks and a road however this was exceptional. Train whistles all night, lots of road noise, but wait there is more. We have 2 50 pound dogs and understand how things are but there were dogs barking insistently, people yelling after "quiet hours" etc. Not worth the money at all. Stopping on the shoulder of the highway may have been less noisy. This is the point in which management should ask people to be respectful of other. I get that they cannot move the trains or road.
Moral of the story, if you have to stay her bring ear plugs.
PS. I hate to leave a poor review but I have to warn my fellow RVer

The park is not great but not bad. There is nothing to get excited about and nothing that makes you cringe. If you need a place to stopover, I would stay here. If you want to visit the Bozeman area for multiple nights, I would look at the surrounding boondocking spots that have been noted on Campendium.
