No reservations needed and no specific spots that you have to camp at (i.e. designated with a fire ring). They say you need a permit which can be bought at any of the local stores ($10 in July of 2021), but we were never checked. Had authorities patrolling the beach occasionally but never saw them interact with anyone or ask for permits.

No, there are no reservations required or allowed. Weekends can be SUPER busy during the summer. Cheers
