Our GPS took us right to the campground (CG) plus there was plenty of Blue Valley RV Park signage to guide the way into a small industrial area and the adjacent golf course. Check-in was quick and we proceeded to back-in site 8 with FHUs. The utilities are towards the back of the pad, so I had to use two sewer hoses to get from the main black tank on our Brinklely G model. The sites on this side of the CG are nicely landscaped with a decent amount of room. After reviewing all the rules on line, we were a little concerned but the management was not overbearing and there are four main rules as displayed when you check in 1) 5 mph speed limit, 2) don’t park in the road) 3) pick up after your pet, and 4) pets on a leash. Water pressure was good at about 50 psi. We got 4 bars on Verizon. There were no mature trees in our area, so we did not have a problem getting a clear shot north for our Starlink. We logged into the Wifi and it was above average, but the CG was not full. The CG is near a small but nice industrial area near the police station and humane society. Go to Walla Walla’s main street area where there are far more wine tasting rooms than you can do in a day. Grab pizza from the Sweet Basil Pizzeria. This CG was a good choice to visit the area.

We stayed at one of the sites along the front fence. Would never do that again. Park borders a dairy where refrigerated semis run their compressors all night where it literally vibrates your trailer or RV. Didn’t sleep a wink even with earplugs jammed deep into our ears. Asked to move to site on back row back, which staff kindly accommodated once the weekend crowd moved on, it was better but you can still hear the rumble through the entire park. Such a shame because the park is very nice, meticulously maintained and is very close to town and easy to access from the highway. Other guests were courteous and friendly, mostly retired. Poor choice of land to put an RV park. There are so many beautiful open areas all around town that would do far better.

The park/sites aren’t huge but the roads are wide and as long as you are accurate about your rig length when reserving, they have spots to accommodate just about anyone. The communication was good from the staff (we arrived after hours) and everything was very clean. All utilities were as advertised and worked perfectly. We didn’t use the showers but the restrooms were clean. We also didn’t use their wi-fi but phone signal was just fine. It was a short, easy ride into town for visiting wineries or other exploring. It was too hot to spend much time outdoors and we had the A/C or fans running inside so I can’t really speak to noise. We would absolutely stay here again for Walla Walla exploration.

This is a pretty park with nicely maintained sites. There's a bit of road noise. Across the street is a dog park run by the humane society. The price is reasonable for what you get. We've paid more for much less.

During the day the dogs at the Humane Society bark. There is a nice dog park next door. Really to bad the location is so noisy as the park is nice.

Sites 1-10 are along a fence, on the other side of which semi trucks arrive day and night, roaring their engines and unloading items. It felt like we were staying at a rest stop. One day, I drove to my spot and immediately received a phone call lecture from the host about “driving too fast, the speed limit is 5 and you might have been going ten!!” We felt like the hosts were always glaring at us. The park is bordered by loading docks, a desolate dirt hill, and the humane society, but the plus is that it is close to town - you can walk or ride your bike under Hwy 12 and get to shops in a few minutes.

We chose to stay here after our reservations were cancelled due to the COVID 19 outbreak.
We are glad we did. This is one of the cleanest parks we have been to. The bathrooms, laundry and sites were immaculate.
Thank you!

We stayed here for 4 nights in late June. This is a super clean RV park that is close to downtown Walla Walla. You could walk, (we didn’t, as it was 100 degrees outside), there is a free city trolley that would drop you off nearby the park, or you could drive. Our site was a pull-through in the middle of the sites. The RV’s were crammed tight. All facilities were very clean. Bathrooms and laundry were spacious. The Wifi worked very well, a RV park rarity in our experience. There was a gate that needed a code after dark, and the bathrooms required a code as well. There was a golf course you could walk to if that is your sport of choice.
Walla Walla highlights for us included the very educational Fort Walla Walla museum, and the charming downtown area. Graze was a great spot for lunch one day. Did not make it to any wineries, maybe next time if the kids are with grandparents!
