Our spot 31 had several trees in it, which made it a little challenging, backing it in once we were in. Once we were in, we were really happy with our site. we were on the end and had no one on the other side of us A little bit of train noise. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a Quaint, Charming spot that may have been a little tight, but the neighbors, mostly permanent residents were so friendly it didn't matter. If you are looking for big park amenities this one isn't for you. However, it is spotlessly clean with large trees turning a one night stay into two. Helper was a nice plus. Check it out. We would definitely stay here again.

One bathroom, we couldn’t access either the code was wrong, user error, or occupied, though we never saw someone come out. Not much to see or do, can only recommend for a quick overnight stop if you are out of options. Host is also not on site and no office.

Host (Michelle) is super! Mostly full timers. Site is really run down. Bathrooms were clean. Nothing special. Easy quick stop over in the middle of nowhere. Website doesn’t mention the train that goes by often.

Situated off Hwy 6, it’s an easy park to access. The park is between the highway and the railroad tracks, but noise was not a problem. Bath and shower are single user and shared gender. Good WiFi and cellular signals.
Park is pleasant with a high percentage of long term visitors. Family and pet friendly with a good dog run area.

We were able to work and video conference call with no issues. Michelle, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The water was turned off at individual sites for the winter, but otherwise would have been a full hook up. They turned on the spigot for us to fill the tank. Not the most glamorous park aesthetically - just a gravel lot with individual sites and no grass - but it got the job done and there’s a beautiful cliff just opposite the street to look at. We did not use the common shower but saw the laundry room was clean and available for reasonable/average cost.

Michelle was very helpful. We were having truck problems and we were thankful to get a spot. The shower was clean but really lame. Men and woman shared one shower. No water pressure to speak of so washing my thick hair was not an option.
This park seemed to have lots of full timers.
Pretty level spot but I would not stay here again.

We were met and welcomed by the knowledgeable and friendly owner. Had we not been overnighting on the way to somewhere else, she would have provided a list of suggested things to do and see in the area. It is an interesting part of the state. We also paid $2.45 for a day’s worth of WiFi which was well worth it even though we had a decent Verizon 4G LTE signal. The WiFi was reliable and fast enough, which is something one cannot always say about other RV Parks. The 50A power worked well. We had no trouble negotiating the park in a 40’ MH towing an SUV. We did not have to disconnect the toad due to the “back to back” spot behind us being empty that night which turned our site into a pull-through. We would have had Trav’ler Dish Network reception had we taken more care parking next to a tree by moving forward a couple of feet. Our spot was gravel and level. We had no trouble using leveling jacks without blocks—the gravel was solid enough to support the weight. There is a train track across the street from this park, but the nearest crossing where the train blows its horn is quite a distance and we barely heard them the couple of times a freight train came through. Mainly you may hear the locomotives if it is going up the hill. The Amtrak California Zephyr also comes by twice a day (with a stop in town). We paid $35 cash for full hookups. We will make plans to pass this way again, stay here, and spend a little time exploring the area.
