Beautiful rather remote campground. Campsites are on the grass. 30 amp electrical connection. There is a 50 amp outlet but it had no power. Numerous trains with loud horns pass right by the campground.

Overall Rating
This is a great spot on the Mississippi River. It’s very well maintained and clean. Lots of shade trees. The camp host was nice and helpful. I loved it.

We were just looking for an overnite on our way down the Great river Road. Army corp of Engineers has a number of boat landings with small campgrounds that they leave open during off-season for “primitive camping”. They had closed the rv appropriate loop (only tent site loop was open) but we camped in large parking area. Had 25’ RV wit... more
We were just looking for an overnite on our way down the Great river Road. Army corp of Engineers has a number of boat landings with small campgrounds that they leave open during off-season for “primitive camping”. They had closed the rv appropriate loop (only tent site loop was open) but we camped in large parking area. Had 25’ RV with tow vehicle. One other truck with boat trailer. No water no elec in off-season — no fee either. Very close to RR tracks and many trains in the night.

Overall Rating
Just off the channel (Mississippi River), adult trees, spaces are generous, but no growth between. 50 amp service, water, dump station, older shower house, in very good repair. Trains are aggressive, but not crazy.
