None of the parking lot lights are working they’re all out you can tell that there are people that live here full-time in the parking lot and also I was attacked by a pack of dogs that was owned by one of the “full-time residence” probably about 8 to 10 dogs chased me for about five minutes, luckily I avoided getting bit. besides that stayed a few nights Internet is decent and maybe stay here again hopefully without a dog attack

I have stayed here several times as we feel secure here. The only complaint is the goat heads all over. Other than that, you can't beat the price. $25.00 for electric and $10.00 to boondock if you so wish.

Stayed a few nights. 50amp, no issues with power. It’s not a campground with a lot of amenities, typical for a casino campground. It wasn’t packed when we were there beginning of May. Nice level sites. Good T-Mobile. Not much close by, but there is a truck stop with a gas station/travel center store there (diesel pricing was high).

The gravel parking lot was easy to level. Range horses wandered through most nights.
Close to Albuquerque and Bernalillo for everything you could need in shopping, restaurants, services.
We stayed three nights and explored the area.
Other campers were very nice and helpful about road conditions and sites to see.

We arrived on April 8th, the water is off but still charging $25. It wasn't a bad place to stay when it was just $10 a few years ago. It's close to Albuquerque.

I walked over to the convenience store and my shoes had a ton of goat heads stuck in them. Beware with dogs. Lots of trucks spend the night there and idle all night. They park toward the back of the store.
I’d stay there again.

Nice place, nice people! Quiet even though it is just off I-25 and right beside truck stop! Can’t beat $25 a day, 50 amp, water & dump location included in fee! Very good restaurants, one in main casino and one in truck stop and both very reasonable!

We’ve never stayed in a casino, so take that into consideration. As far as a place to stop over, it was fine. Everything was clean and functional. We got electric for $25/night. Their dump station was clean and working too. Didn’t necessarily expect that from a casino. My only issue was there wasn’t any decent food. The casino had a small cafeteria style restaurant, and the “black mesa travel center” next door had nothing but frozen processed food. I freely admit I may be out of touch, but I remember casinos having good food. We had done 450 miles, and we were looking forward to a decent dinner. But maybe that’s not how casinos are anymore. If you are only using the parking lot and electric, the place is great. I did see others saying dry camping was free, but I don’t believe that is still true.

The darn conditions of the land though are brutal…it’s not really on the casino, but dang, soooo many goat head sticker plants everywhere that I couldn’t walk my dog more than 5 ft from my rig without him getting them stuck in his paws…even in the parking lot (which is the RV park). Trash and broken glass in literally every bush/tumbleweed/blade of grass made it unsafe to have him alleviate himself anywhere without risk of a lawsuit to the casino/tribe so I kept it safe by leaving instead.
The other downside was the only place to get food within a 15 minute highway drive was the cafe in the casino which only has 10 items on the menu. Not bad food in a pinch, and again, very friendly staff, but it’s definitely in the middle of nowhere.
Make sure you have blackout shades like I do as I didn’t realize they have food lights until a late night gambling run at 1am and opened the trailer door to be blinded by lights haha.
I sadly won’t be back unless I’m really cash strapped (but the casino would wipe that out anyway lol).
Staff is great, accessibility to other stuff is terrible, grounds are horrendous, price is amazing.
