The park is very well kept! The laundry room and bathrooms are probably the cleanest and best kept facilities I have ever witnessed in an rv park. Other than that there aren’t any amenities. If you are looking for a well kept, safe, and budget friendly place to stay here is the place to go. Would stay here again l.

I didn't need any of the amenities except utilities, but was one of the best places I have been.Wifi and cell coverage was excellent (even at the end of the park). Lots of local ota tv stations although free cable is available (I did not use). The only problem was that the 30 amp service connector wasn't within reach of my power cable so I used the 20 amp with my 20 amp extension cord. I was, however, fine with the 20 amp service. Lots of shade, quiet, good parking and fairly easy access from the freeway, once you understand the road directions. Sorry, I was so busy, I didn't take any photos. I had no problems with cell phone coverage (mine is t-mobile but not sure about the rest but I couldn't de-select them).

Our site, 07, was a back in on pavement that was just long enough for our Coach. Our Towed parked beside. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and Cable) were to the left side. Distancing is close as expected for an urban park. Our site did NOT have a table (but they are in season) ‘cause we were here in the winter. There is NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was very well groomed.
The park included wifi was adequate for surfing and e mail and the cable TV had a good number of channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good base to visit local attractions. We paid $62.50 less 10% GS per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

We had a family emergency that required that we travel from Northern California to Billings quickly. After a brief stay across town, I was able to speak with Gertie and arrange a weeklong stay at Billings Village. Little did I know that my nephew’s medical condition would keep him in the ICU at St Vincent Hospital longer than we anticipated. I contacted Gertie twice to extend our stay, and she made it happen. The facility was far from empty, but she found ways to keep us in the same site in the park.
While most of our stay was spent at the hospital, we spent our nights at the park. The park has laundry and washroom facilities. There is a playground at the rear and the office has historical artifacts. While you could spend your day sitting in a chair in the shade, the sites are not set up for keeping you entertained or in solitude.
The park is pretty tight, with space between RVs buffered by tow vehicles. The RVs behind you can be fairly close if they are backed in fully to get as close to the utilities connections. The grounds around the sites are well maintained and the trees are large and provide shade (the sites on the far south side do not have trees to provide shade). The park is clean and maintained well. If you are seeking quiet and restful, this RV park might not be 100% of what you are after. Visitors are quiet - however you can hear road noise at times (motorcycles and cars with loud sound systems and the trains that are probably 1/4 mile away that for some reason the engineers see a need to sound their horns, even when there are no road crossings to be encountered (here are several trains going rough each night).
So, this is certainly an urban RV park. Plenty of asphalt and tight spaces. But truly close to the hospitals, the Interstate, the business highway, and the businesses on Montana Avenue. You are approximately 2 minutes from a large Albertson’s grocery store with a pharmacy inside. Cabela’s is just to the south.
In short, a convenient spot to stay in Billings hosted by a friendly staff. Gertie, who is in the office and moving sprinkler hoses around, knows her park and will work with you to make your stay pleasant.

We stayed three sites down from the little playground since we have two kids. Although it’s advertised as 62 feet long (approximately?) it is most definitely not. We have a class C pulling a flat bed trailer for our 4runner and we are 52’ total. Figuring the website says we will fit, I booked it. We were able to back in without unhooking the trailer (we try to keep the trailer on as much as possible since it’s a pain to detach), but it was a stretch for our hoses and connections. The full time trailer next to us has an AC unit that is squeaky and a train runs at night. But it’s not a bad park. If I had no other options I would stay again but it’s not my first choice.

I saw others mentioned that it was tight but we have a 42' 5th wheel and didn't have any problems at all. It was quiet for the most part except for the fact that we were right next door (site 73) to a mobile home that had a VERY squeaky AC unit that ran all the time. Check-in was easy, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

The driveway into the park is short so it’s a tight squeeze for two rigs at a time. The spaces are wide with designated tow or pull vehicle parking on your door side. There are train tracks nearby so you will hear them pretty regularly.
We were able to visit Pompeys Pillar, Pictograph Cave, Yellowstone County Museum, Hardin Days, and a movie all nearby. Within walking distance is the Muzzle Loader Restaurant and Powder Horn Lounge & Casino. We ate lunch and breakfast there and lost $10 in the casino. Service was good, food was good.
Overall, satisfied with the park and our stay and would stay again.

Nice, clean RV park. Easy access off freeway. Sites were plenty wide to park RV & vehicle and still have some patio area Many large trees in the park to provide shade. Trees did not interfere with us parking at our site. Laundry room was very clean. They had 2 regular washers and 2 regular dryers along with 1 commercial washer and 1 commercial dryer. They have WiFi, but did not use. Good Verizon signal. While some reviews mention that it is very tight in the park, my husband and I didn’t think it was that bad. Yes, the entrance way is a little on the smaller side and there’s not a great spot to connect/disconnect a tow vehicle. We have a 37 foot class A and had zero problems getting into our spot. Lots of 40+ Motorhomes/fifth wheels throughout park. Would definitely stay here again if passing through. Park seemed to be at capacity every night we were there, lots of overnighters. Some long term mobile homes.
