The booking/checkin process is simple. We stayed one night as we were passing through. We had a problem with the 30 amp service after hours. I called the number on the website and a very nice man answered and said they would be right over. They showed up in about 5 min and fixed my problem very quickly. The booking/checkin process is simple. We stayed one night as we were passing through. We had a problem with the 30 amp service after hours. I called the number on the website and a very nice man answered and said they would be right over. They showed up in about 5 min and fixed my problem very quickly. I believe all the sites are pull through and on concrete which allowed us to stayed hooked up to our rig over night and leave easily the next morning. I will stay again if passing by.

Normally we use Walmart when we are around here but diesel prices make running the generator too expensive, this park was the perfect choice. Normally we use Walmart when we are around here but diesel prices make running the generator too expensive, this park was the perfect choice. We were able to book a site for $36 after tax and our Good Sam discount. The park is small but exceptionally maintained. The man in the office was so kind and welcoming. He made sure we had and used a water pressure regulator as their pressure is 90psi. If there are more permanent residents here you cant tell. No site has excess things or random trash laying around. The park is hard pack gravel that is free of potholes and the sites are level concrete. We are roughly 70’ with our toad and did not need to unhook to make the turns or stay in our site. We will be keeping this park on our list for when we come back this way.

Arrived at 3.00 PM to delightful couple in the office, he informed about the water pressure before I hooked up. The site is very quiet with little traffic noise. Concrete pads are nice instead of dirt, easy pull trough, all in all would stay here again. Rates for my 24 C class was only $35 a night.

We arrived and began to hook up...none of their 120v plugs worked and their 30amp struggled with just our ac on. Manager said we were trying to turn on too many things. We arrived and began to hook up...none of their 120v plugs worked and their 30amp struggled with just our ac on. Manager said we were trying to turn on too many things. I know my wattage like the back of my hand and we were nowhere near the total 3600 watts. They advertise wifi but it is very spotty and weak. We arrived when the heat index was near 110 degrees and since they didn't have any amenities, we set up a very small kiddie pool for our 2 small grandchildren and were told to put it up. Mind you, we were in a corner space with a fence as our view and no other campers in view.
There were also holes covered by grass around our campsite in which I twisted my ankle. When I told the manager he responded, you mean like the pool is a liability? Just awful.

A very clean and neatly kept camp site. The staff is very organized and can have you checked in within 5 minutes because of that. The WiFi was terrific for everything we needed!
Very close to town and a great stop for larger rigs! Good dog park to let pups run free for a bit. It’s small but very ample. They made good use of space they had.
We never have a lot of reason for staying very long in this elated, but we will be back!

We stayed in pull-through full hookup site B11. The site was long and it also had a concrete pad. Very impressive! Our electrical post had two 120 volt plugins but both of them were inexplicably placed directly above the 30 amp connection. This terrible design prevented us from using both at the same time. We stayed in pull-through full hookup site B11. The site was long and it also had a concrete pad. Very impressive! Our electrical post had two 120 volt plugins but both of them were inexplicably placed directly above the 30 amp connection. This terrible design prevented us from using both at the same time. What in the world? Management needs to fix this issue. Thank heavens our adapter allowed us to use the 50 amp connection instead. Campground has 2 main wifi signals and one is dedicated to streaming. Both were blazingly fast! My AT&T phone had 2 bars and I didn't try the hotspot. Good laundry facilities and inexpensive at only $2.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Not much to do in the local area. Bathrooms were closed due to Covid-19.

Stopped in Route to Georgia. Easy to get to friendly staff, clean park. Just what we needed for an over night. Plan to stop on the way back to Texas.

Arrived at Benchmark RVP 18 Feb 2018
Made this a stop on the Mississippi Blues Trail. Nice small park far enough off the highway so that noise is not a problem. Easy entry to pull-through sites with full hookups. Remarkable for its very level concrete pads (TV parking is on gravel) and the first class restrooms and showers.
