We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. Loop B was closed for the season and we stayed in Loop C. There were maybe 5 others rigs set up in the campground but we only saw one of their occupants. The sites are not private and the space between them varies. We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. Loop B was closed for the season and we stayed in Loop C. There were maybe 5 others rigs set up in the campground but we only saw one of their occupants. The sites are not private and the space between them varies. We set up on the paved pad and found it very level. Our travel trailer is 19 feet long and we fit with our tow vehicle. Our neighbors had to park their tow vehicle in parking nearby because the paved drive was only long enough for their large 5th wheel. We had electric at the site and there was water available in the camping loop and a dump station at the park.
There are vault toilets available and one bathhouse which was heated and had hot showers. However, there are not flush toilets anywhere in the campground.
I had good Verizon coverage on my phone and was able to make some online Black Friday purchases from the camper.
We would definitely stay here again in the off season. With the lack of privacy at sites and only 6 showers for 156 sites I'm not certain we'd stay here during peak season.
