We were skeptical because of other reviews but we needed a place to stay for a month while we moved our son into college. We were very pleasantly surprised and will be back again! We were skeptical because of other reviews but we needed a place to stay for a month while we moved our son into college. We were very pleasantly surprised and will be back again! Bruce is a great host and super friendly and accommodating! The monthly rate is great, full hookups with a dump station also. The store and bar are great for beer, ice, fishing supplies. This park is right next to the state park and we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall Rating
Basically a gravel lot with a lot of long term residents of questionable backgrounds. Think the store turns into a late night bar with loud motorcycles running late at night. Not only do you have to put up with all the loud road noise one of the residents was running around the campground sometime after 12:30. The owner told me if you ... more
Basically a gravel lot with a lot of long term residents of questionable backgrounds. Think the store turns into a late night bar with loud motorcycles running late at night. Not only do you have to put up with all the loud road noise one of the residents was running around the campground sometime after 12:30. The owner told me if you use the water be sure to let the water run to flush the lines out. The electric box was full of spiders and webs, no one had used that spot for months or years. Go somewhere else!
