“Terribly small sites”

Be careful with this place. $700.00 for a very very small and narrow spot is a big rip off!! The spots are like a parking lot. We reserved a spot and got there and we didn’t fit as it was less than 12’ wide. Literally no space for chairs or the awning to come out. Be careful with this place. $700.00 for a very very small and narrow spot is a big rip off!! The spots are like a parking lot. We reserved a spot and got there and we didn’t fit as it was less than 12’ wide. Literally no space for chairs or the awning to come out. The camper next to us was 12” away from on side but the other slide couldn’t go out on the way because of no room. I called and went to the office but no one was there. They should have been honest and told me that the spot was very small. Barbara kept telling me that it was big enough. Frankly, they should be ashamed. And the manager kept telling me that they know the spots are small and I would get my money back. Now I’m having a hard time getting my deposit back. I’ve called and they won’t call me back and won’t answer my phone calls. Not a good feeling at all.

Overall Rating
We stayed there last Saturday and Sunday. They changed $72/day.Their website show $45/day, The place very old very tight. Not clean ,wifi was horrible bad. Never come back again.

Came here for two nights, for a set up of new camper. Packed in so tight next to a tree that was dead and only six feet from the next camper. Nothing like the photo posted, as the trees are dying and the sites are dusty, needs work.

Very tight spaces. No grass. Big, old trees overhanging everywhere that need to be trimmed. Old, junky, dilapidated mobile homes throughout. Park backs up to very busy, noisy road. (Main highway from Phoenix to Vegas, so we really didn't expect quiet.) The one good thing I can say is the manager is very kind and helpful. Park was prett... more

Stayed here in August 2020. Bev the owner knew we were arriving late and made herself available to check us in. She’s a hands on owner and very accommodating. Stayed here in August 2020. Bev the owner knew we were arriving late and made herself available to check us in. She’s a hands on owner and very accommodating. Sites are relatively level on dg and some with concrete patios. There are some full time residents that live in their mobile home and the park backs up to a busy street but overall a nice place for an overnight or two. Bathrooms and showers were dated but serviceable. What makes the park a plus is the owner and location.
