Beautiful park and these people are the best! On the morning we were scheduled to leave, one of our slides would not retract. So we were stuck with our slide open and not able to close it. Their park was booked up but they moved things around so we could stay another night, even two more nights if we needed to. Thankfully we were able to get our slide in the same day so we only needed to stay the one extra night. More times than we can count, the park crew came by to check on us to see if we needed any help or tools, anything! We will definitely be staying here again on our travels.

Quiet, clean, friendly. Nice sites, easy to get mail and packages. A couple miles from the interstate, so it was quiet but easy to access the freeway. Near the county fairgrounds, which was no problem in July. No shade - the trees are all too young.

The campground is very modern, with asphalt streets and white concrete pads. The sites are on the large side for a private campground, easily long enough for big rigs and a decent amount of grassy space between you and your neighbors, which is watered overnight via sprinklers. Currently the sites are unshaded, as the trees are too young, so we were glad we had a 50amp connection to run both AC units as temps hit the mid-90s during our stay.
In addition to the grass at our own site, we were able to walk our dogs along the grass near the dumpsters and the pickleball court. There is also a nice off-leash dog park, which we used fairly often, but the sand in the park got a bit hot in the afternoon. The dog park is nicely lit at night but the lights go off at 10pm. We were not allowed to put up the dog fence we normally use around the entrance to our RV, but the manager who came to tell us we needed to take it down was at least nice about it.
The office has a small store. The building next to the contains showers and a laundry area as well as a social room with a few exercise machines. There is a similar building with showers and laundry on the other side of the park. Folks visiting campers at the campground can park in one of several visitor parking lots. Two of those parking spaces have electric vehicle charging stations, and during our stay they installed similar charging stations at campsites 9 and 10.
In terms of cell service, the best speeds I got on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna during our stay were 25Mbps down and 25Mbps up, though when we first arrived the bandwidth was terrible (I guess I was competing against prioritized smartphone users and losing out). So after that first day we could stream video with just the occasional drop. The one speed test I did with my AT&T phone showed 35Mbps down and 16 up. I did try out the campground WiFi on that first day and got 7Mbps down and 1.4 up, but on subsequent tries I couldn’t connect.

Quick and friendly check-in. Office personnel wonderful to interact with either on the phone or in person. Away from the highway a bit so it’s pretty quiet. All paved interior roads and mostly level concrete pads. We did see a couple RVs with their tires off the ground. Very easy maneuvering for big rigs. There is decent distance between sites with grass and small trees (for now). There is no privacy or shade. Sites are plenty long enough for any size rig. Satellite would not be a problem. There is no cable but there is OTA. WII FI either worked pretty well or didn’t work at all. Verizon was 4g 5 bars but our hot spot was slow at times. All day on a Saturday, we heard this disembodied voice on a loudspeaker coming from somewhere. We think there was a rodeo going on at the fairground which is very close to the RV park. Very clean bathrooms and laundry area. The gym is in the main room of the clubhouse which could be a bit noisy and awkward if other people are using the facility for a gathering. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay on Easter night for one night. The office was closed for the holiday when I called Easter morning. We drove to the RV park anyway and found you could check yourself in with an easy system. It was pretty warm and we used the electric hookup for our ac. After dinner we took a walk around the new facility noting the level sites, the dog run, tennis court. When we checked out the showers we found them to be dirty. Such a disappointment! The next morning we left early and drove to a Loves Travel Center where we showered in their always clean shower for $13. Too bad we had to pay for showers and our camping site.

The RV sites are spacious, well paved into and out of the site so you are not driving on any grass as you make the corner, etc.
Not much to do in this area, no sure why it would be more than a one night stopover and at this price next time we'll look for something a little more reasonable.

The second night we were here we had just set our food from the grill on the picnic table and started to eat when the sprinkler system turned on and soaked everything. The next morning as we were trying to pack up and leave, 8am , the sprinklers turned on again on the side all are hookups are on. Needless to say I was soaked before it was all over. WATER AT NIGHT!.
