Their diesel was the cheapest we saw heading into OR on 84 W. The nozzle on the DEF dispenser in the truck lanes was small enough to fill the tank on our 2020 Chevy 2500 (many truck stops use a larger nozzle that doesn't fit).
Staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean.

Super easy access to dump/water fill and propane station. Very friendly staff. Cheap propane and fuel. Very easy access from I-84.

This place is awesome. They have a free dump, with water that is potable (just use your own hose). They also offer fairly priced propane right next to the dump station, so you can get your propane filled while dumping.
Their diesel was the cheapest we saw heading into OR on 84 W. The nozzle on the DEF dispenser in the truck lanes was small enough to fill the tank on our 2020 Chevy 2500 (many truck stops use a larger nozzle that doesn't fit).
As a bonus, the staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean.

There’s a free RV dump station and water right next to the propane refill station. The water isn’t labeled as potable, but we asked the gas station attendant and he said it was potable.
