“Nice Full Hookup Site For Overnight ”

Nice place to stop
For an overnight stay. Full hookups. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to be working while we were there but there was plenty of cell service. Paved parking pads, and at $25/night you can’t beat the price. Only downfall was the sites are narrow if you have neighbors on either side.

During the week, there will be music blaring from the surrounding baseball diamonds. It's impossible to work remotely from this campground, like I am trying to do. If you want to chug beer with the locals and light off fireworks, then this is your place.

Situated in a baseball & football complex, this is a small city CG with back-in, close, FHU, grass campsites. There were several tent only sites. On 9.9.21 the RV/trailer section was nearly full. The shower and toilet facilities were last cleaned a couple days earlier. Antigo is on a river not far from the park with a nature trail with blue gill fishing. In town, there is a museum worth visiting. While we had a confirmation for site 9, it was occupied. After several calls to the city, a very nice woman in parks & recreation assigned us to site 12 which was closer to the bath house.

Just an overnight stop. Self check in and drop box for payment. Instructions and fees posted. Restrooms and showers but we didn’t use either. Very clean and fairly quiet. Paved, back-in spots.

Arrived late afternoon to discover a very well kept city camp ground with access to a wonderful city park trail & board walk through a wetlands. A very reasonable fee of $10 includes electric!

We camped here in a 20ft camper van. We opted for a primitive site with electric, picnic table, fire ring. No water or electric, and it was a deal for $10. This is a city park, some red tape and forms to reserve online. Good bath house with showers, dump station, fresh water fill, loaner bikes, and games on site. A nice inexpensive option since we are fully self-contained. S&J, WanderingWakes.Net

A great gem in the middle of Antigo but yet seems like you are out of the town. The Antigo Lake is in the middle of the town and borders several main roads but those are all at a distance far enough to not here them. You occasionally here some one cutting through on the local road. There are full hook-up sites for $20 and a number of other combinations of water, electric and sewer. There is WiFi here but it is locked and so are the bathrooms. The city's truck went through earlier checking on sites but did not stop to tell us about any of the amenities. The fire-pit had garbage in it from the previous camper. Otherwise, the site is nice for the price. If coming from the NW Google will take you down 2nd Avenue a tight residential street, if needed go another couple blocks south to 5th Avenue and come up Hudson St. then instead. If there were any sports games going on this would be a really noisy place in the middle of the city park.
AT&T was 1 bar LTE but the WeBoost brought it up to 3 bars. Verizon was 2 bars LTE and WeBoosted up to 4 bars.
