Our site, 100, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and Cable) were to the left side. Distancing is very close for a rural park. No site had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was a grass base that was flat but high on the left side. Overall the park was nicely groomed and clean.
The park included wifi and cable were poor. The channels included were not prime and we had a hard time even logging on to the Wifi. We did not find any OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay since it was off season. During peak times it would not be so nice We paid $46.00 per night (inc tax)and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again but not during peak season.
The Rollin Ollens would stay here again

Playground for kiddos and an abundance of deer throughout. All the permanent residents were off to the side. Lots of parking for toads or addtl trailers. If we are ever back in Westport. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10. Also note - after driving through Westport and grayland all week. This is by far the cleanest park around. There may be cheaper in the area. But they are nasty, dirty and run down sites. Come to American Sunset Rv - you will NOT be disappointed. As per the other reviews - I think Cindy is gone. The gal in the office now is very sweet.
Brittney would stay here again

The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY horrible. All of the staff (except for Cindy) makes you feel completely unwanted and unwelcome. In the town of Westport, this place is known for their horrible customer service but the price is low. As soon as we got there one of the staff members was telling us what we were not allowed to do. No kids are allowed in certain areas. And it's obvious if you are not a long-time resident you are a burden and they pick you apart. The maintenance man will run up to you in the dark and tell you 5 MPH. I was maybe going 8? And then proceeded to tell us that almost every time he saw us. Then a tree fell on my trailer and they made it seem they were doing me a favor by getting it off 6 hours later because they had other priorities. They all 3 argued with me time and time again about anything they could. I will NEVER EVER come here again and making sure to tell EVERYONE I know! Again, Cindy was the only alone that even asked if we were ok and made us feel welcome.

Sites too close together. Too many liveins. Photos show as beautiful area. Was not like that when we arrived.
