Pilot (adjacent) had broken fresh water spigot and out of order propane. Backseat RV park has both along with a dump station.

But the woman who identified herself as the manager of this park was so rude when we stopped to inquire about paying to use the dump station that we left and went out of our way to use a different dump. I would not want to stay here based on how I was treated by this person. It sounds like others have had better experiences so maybe this was a fluke, but we will avoid this place in the future.

We eventually disconnected the surge protector and used our 50 to 30 adapter without any issues. Gary, the maintainace guy, did a great job of trying to figure out the problem and was very nice and polite. We ate at the '50's diner, I had the best rueben sandwich I've ever had and hubby had a really good cheeseburger. It was a great atmosphere in there and we'd definitely stay again! AND they're adding on to include more RV spaces!

Friendly staff and convenient location right off I17. Not too noisy from road.
The 50's diner is worth seeing and eating there. Great atmosphere and food is very reasonable. There is also a bar and outside eating area.
Plenty of RV space. Be careful entering as roads are very bad with unusual holes and bumps. Go very slow.

There is a motel on site as well as RV spots. When we stayed they were also adding on about 20 more RV sites in the back and they said they are hoping those are ready by fall 2017. The spots we stayed in were on a slightly weird angle but manageable. The sites were a little unlevel, but again, manageable.
One cool thing about this place is that they have an old school diner on the grounds; and it is actually pretty good. It also seems pretty well-known with the locals. There's also a small bar.
The staff was great. Very accommodating and nice. They were apologetic about the construction going on but it really wasn't much of an issue other than being a little ugly. On Saturday, when we arrived back from adventuring, there was a man out doing a little work with a Bobcat skid steer and he saw me pointing it out to my son and telling him what the guy was doing etc. He drove it over and offered to give my son a ride on the Bobcat and we accepted. I am pretty sure this guy was the owner. I know this is not a typical RV campground "ride" and nothing I would go looking for, but it was a nice thing to offer and do for an interested little boy. My son loved it and the gesture goes to show you the type of heart behind the ownership and staff here.
As far as bathrooms and showers...as of our visit, there was only one public bathroom that is built into the motel. It was pretty clean, maintained and it has a locked door shower in it.
Cell signals for AT&T and Verizon were both good too. I was told the wifi is strong, but I didn't try it.
$18 rate reflects P.A. membership rate.

Sites are a little close together and slopped but enough room to park a truck/car. It's well off road so didn't hear highway traffic. My girlfriend really liked there trees especially the big dark purple one.
I would rate this a four of five only cause there was a bit of a slope. Definitely would revisit and once again friendly staff.
Park is pet savvy. No problem with our three dogs and we had a neighbor who was walking their cat.

We stopped here as we had some trouble with our truck. Small motel and RV Park with a 50's Diner and Bar. There are 10 main sites for travelers and some older permanent spots in another area past the Diner. The main spots are across from the motel and rare buffered by a rock common area that has some nice trees and picnic tables and some horseshoes. Spots are pull-through, slightly sloping and gravel. 20/30/50 Amp service and full hookups.
Diner and Bar are nice and are popular (the only real restaurant in the area).
Owners are friendly and are improving the site and most people we met while here were very nice.
Not fancy but nice quiet place with very reasonable prices. Can't hear the highway but you can hear some semi's at night in the distance at the truck stop nearby if you are outside. It wasn't enough to bother us.
