While looking for a campground on our way to Hilton Head, we stumbled across 4 County RV. The owners are fantastic and have done a great job building the park. Quiet country atmosphere. The park is Big Rig friendly, clean & spacious. The owner offered to move us to a longer site, but we were fine. Power, water & sewer hook-ups were conveniently located. They have taken care in developing their campground and it shows. We were so impressed we may another reservation for our trip back through. We highly recommend you give this campground a try. We camped at 4 County RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Staff was amazing… It was beautiful and quiet here. I loved the walk around the pond. Our children played at the playground the entire trip. Campground was safe, clean and very accessible. The full hook ups worked great. overall a definite five star campground.

Owners are very responsive and friendly, they answered all our questions and worked with us in a pinch due to Helene & work schedules! Beautiful campground, wished we could stay longer. The property is clean and well kept, with a playground and giant pond to walk around or fish.

This campground is halfway between Savannah and Atlanta and very conveniently located a mile north of I-16. All sites are pull thru and FHU. We were instructed to call upon arrival, and the owner directed us to our site (19). The sites for shorter stays are separate from long term sites. This campground is halfway between Savannah and Atlanta and very conveniently located a mile north of I-16. All sites are pull thru and FHU. We were instructed to call upon arrival, and the owner directed us to our site (19). The sites for shorter stays are separate from long term sites. Sites are graveled, and our site was not very level side to side but we leveled our RV without much trouble. The owners stopped by later and we're very accommodating and friendly. It's obvious they have worked very hard to establish a nice, very clean campground. The boathouse has individual full bath rooms that were very clean.
We will definitely stay again when passing thru the area.

We stayed here for five nights and boy do I wish we had planned to stay longer! Spacious sites, new and super clean facilities including bathrooms, showers and laundry… and the park sits on a man-made lake. There are also campfire rings and picnic tables. We stayed here for five nights and boy do I wish we had planned to stay longer! Spacious sites, new and super clean facilities including bathrooms, showers and laundry… and the park sits on a man-made lake. There are also campfire rings and picnic tables. As far as “settings” go, 4 County RV Park is one of the most idyllic and peaceful we’ve encountered in our one year on the road. WiFi, electric, water, sewer, all worked like a champ! We met some very nice people here as well and the owners, Rebecca and Troy, could not have been nicer. It is obvious they take great pride in their property and they really care that everyone has a good stay. We were 30 minutes from Macon so it was easy to hop on Hwy 16 to get there and enjoy what Macon has to offer. We would come back to 4 County in a heartbeat and hope to one day.

We originally were planning on staying one night on our way to Savannah Lakes in Bluffton S.C. But when they told us on short notice , that they won’t be open until November 15th we needed a place to stay. We originally were planning on staying one night on our way to Savannah Lakes in Bluffton S.C.
But when they told us on short notice , that they won’t be open until November 15th we needed a place to stay.
Well once we arrived , well this place is wonderful and Troy and Rebecca are so nice and so accommodating. We asked if it was possible to get a fire pit and picnic table, it showed up the next day. When we asked about about firewood it to showed up the next day.
When a spot with a great view of the large pond with a great sunset view opened up, they let us move right in.
The pictures on the web don’t do it justice , it’s beautiful here and we’re seriously thinking of staying long term :)

Made an overnight stop at 4 County. Called and spoke to a very nice lady who said they had one spot left. We pulled in at 9:45pm and she actually called to make sure we made it in. How nice. Nice park and just off the highway. We will be back.

This is a fairly new campground. The owner did a great job making the sites level. There is plenty of space between sites. Easy to get into and out. Close to I-16. This is a fairly new campground. The owner did a great job making the sites level. There is plenty of space between sites. Easy to get into and out. Close to I-16. All sites overlook a pond on the property. It is clean and all sites are full hookup and pull throughs.
Cons: Roads within the park need to be a little larger. We never met anyone from the campground. In addition, the owner was not responsive to a concern that I expressed to him. I emailed him upon our departure. He never responded to thank me for letting him know or to ensure that the issue will be dealt with. When we arrived, there was a 5th wheel across from us that had 2 large dogs. They barked all afternoon (it appeared that they were home alone) while they were going in and out of the trailer. The owner came home and they stopped barking. About 2 hours later, he left and so the dogs continued to bark for another 2 hours. Their barks are loud and very disruptive.

Campground runs very slightly downhill to a pond. Mostly long termers. WiFi good for streaming YTTV. Quiet area and a good home cooking restaurant around the corner.
