What a great campground! Full hook ups, spacious sites for short term visits, lots of activities and run by a great couple! Friendly staff that genuinely care about your satisfaction! The setting is just perfect for relaxing and especially fir families. We enjoyed watching kids be kids..like in the 50s or 60s! Great sunsets over the nu... more

The setting is just perfect for relaxing and especially fir families. We enjoyed watching kids be kids..like in the 50s or 60s! Great sunsets over the numerous "lakes". Close to town and Winnebago services if that's your reason to visit Forest City. We will stay here again if we return to the area. Friendliest people on earth..second only to Texans!
Watch for Office sign on Left after you make the right off paved road...regardless of what your GPS says..first drive on Right..we missed it.

What a gem of a campground. Concrete level pad and patio. Quiet and peaceful. Clean also. Owner friendly and informative.

We stayed in the area for a few nights to visit Winnebago. The campground is a little off the beaten path, we followed the directions on the website, but it is a nice area and very quiet. We had a pull thru site, lots of room for our rig and truck and nice grassy spot for our living space. No trees, so satellite worked great. ... more
We stayed in the area for a few nights to visit Winnebago. The campground is a little off the beaten path, we followed the directions on the website, but it is a nice area and very quiet.
We had a pull thru site, lots of room for our rig and truck and nice grassy spot for our living space. No trees, so satellite worked great.
Check in was quick, easy and friendly. The owner told us about the farmers market in town, which we appreciated. It was a small market, we bought a few items and enjoyed walking around the small town.
Full hookup site, all worked well. We would stay here again if in the area.
