Staff was very friendly. The sites are gravel, fairly level but our neighbor site puts our front door facing their front door, not the best set up. Lots of activity within the park; swimming pool, pickleball court, mini golf, outdoor shuffleboard and corn hole, small dog run/pen. Clubhouse has billiard table, ping pong table, TV, tables and chairs for get togethers, and an arcade style hoops shoot. Laundry room is inside the clubhouse. The pool area is kept fairly clean. However, the clubhouse area needs active maintenance. The mini golf greens are a bit torn up. Inside, the billiard table needs an ongoing cleaning of the felt and some mending of some of the torn mesh pockets. The 3 cues kept in the rack on the wall are all broken tipped. The rubber face of the ping pong paddles left at the table were separating and some piggy guest(s) flat out broke one of the handles. The carpet needs to be vacuumed once in a while and another of the piggy guest(s) had smashed the video camera monitoring the room from above the hoops shoot, presumably by shooting hoops from long distance and bouncing off the ceiling. There were only 3 working wash machines out of 6(?) and they all smelled of nasty gray water. Even so, we would stay here again based solely on the location. Besides Zion NP, hikers will enjoy the hike to Kanarra Falls and Jeepers will enjoy the run to the Toquerville Falls. Wifi is terrible in this area.

Had some fun in the pool with the kids to cool off after a long driving day and after our day in Zion.
The access road to get to the park is a few miles of very poorly maintained frontage road, take it slow.

Decent sites, leveling can be a challenge on some. Quite a ways off the highway to drive to. Good enough to stay the night.

Showers and bathrooms seemed to be recently updated and were better than average. WiFi did not work at all toward the back of the campground. Clubhouse had ping-pong, pool table, and several tables and chairs. Had a pickle-ball court. No fire-ring at most campsites. Wife had no Verizon coverage, thankfully we had a AT&T hotspot.

Nice staff, very clean showers, good wiFi, OK cable TV selection, great base camp location for this area. My stay was week of January 9th. Warm days, cold nights. Water tap was frozen solid each morning.
As the web-site notes. GPS is all fouled up on this and other locations in greater Hurricane UT area. So have maps and/or follow written instructions.
Consumer Cellular had two-bars.

We have a 38ft toyhauler and F350. it was about 2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon but only 45 min to Zion- perfect for us and to our surprise there was great hikes just across the street (you could walk!) at Red Cliffs! We used All Trails to find other hikes. Overall I enjoyed this KOA- the internet was spotty but not a big deal for us. And the sites are def not level but have some blocks are your golden. There is freeway noise too but it wasn’t bothersome to us. But the owners were kind and the park was clean and maintained. My kids played pickleball almost everyday! Thanksgiving weekend was very crowded but come Sunday it emptied out!! The washers and dryers are able to be paid and controlled by an app which was great for us since I forgot quarters and the office was closed for Thanksgiving/Black Friday. Overall we could definitely stay again.

They were able to accommodate same day booking for 2 large campers and was only 3/4 full. Spots are tight with limited shade. Unlevel sites so have blocks for tires. 45 minutes from Zion national park. Pool for kids but no organized kid stuff like other KOA. Great views. Clean bathroom and quiet.

Luckily it came off when I was hooking up and not dumping a tank. They have not fixed it yet. Will dump on the way out of here. Verizon is 2 bars at the moment and can cruise the internet but can’t stream Netflix on it. Highway sounds close to us. Good thing for ear plugs.
This is better than a lot of other KOA’s we have been too. It served its purpose.
