We did not see signs or information about shuttle service.

Not from Seven points there isn’t. The only campground in the Nashville area we know of that has a shuttle into Nashville is Two Rivers. It is also very close to the Grand Ole Opry.

There is no regularly scheduled anything that we saw. As another person suggested, use rideshare apps. We simply drove into town and parked in one of the lots that scans your license plate on the way in and the way out to bill you (register for that ahead of time).

Didn't find one when we were there. The campgrounds north of the Gaylord does have a handy shuttle. This is a nice campground but tight curvy roads with many narrow sites due to trees. Bring all your leveling skills as well. Safe travels.
