Easy access to K State. Stayed in the east lot. Sites large and level. No frills but that is what I prefer. Super quiet. They are quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. Stayed 2 nights.

Overall Rating
An excellent location to camp, a few miles off I-70, but so worth the drive. If you have an extra day this is a unique area to explore. Community pride is evident in all the features of this town.

Nice small town campground on the edge of town. We stayed in the satellite lot, not currently shown online, which is 6 sites about 1 block to the east of the main campground. Nice small town campground on the edge of town. We stayed in the satellite lot, not currently shown online, which is 6 sites about 1 block to the east of the main campground. Both locations offer long paved sites although somewhat narrow & full hookups.
We felt this was a quiet location but there are RR tracks directly across the road. Fair amount of services in Wamego. Manhattan, home to Kansas State University, is about a 15 minute drive to the west.
