• My site was almost perfectly level. • It was very spacious and quite deep, could have easily accommodated a much bigger rig. • My RV (26’) and toad fit in with plenty of room to spare. • Site had power (50 / 30 amp), water, sewer and a picnic table. • Staff seemed over whelmed.
• WIFI is HORRIBLE, and the AP is 10 feet from my RV
• No TV, not even any air channels.
• Lots of permanent residents, but sites are kept clean and most are respectful of travelers.
• LOTS OF RULES
• Shower had very low pressure, but decent hot water.
• Showers okay clean wise, but could use a good scrubbing
• I unfortunately was beside a very noisy group, kids were well behaved, but adults were very loud, the mom kept yelling at the kids and the dog, who were all well behaved. Liked the sound of her own voice I guess.

Our site, 103, was a pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is close for a rural park. Most sites had a vegetation barrier. Each site has a table and most have a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was well manicured.
The included fifteen minutes of wifi worked well with no log in password. If you wanted more than the “free” fifteen minutes, one had to buy time at the office. We did not purchase any as we have our own service. We did not find any OTA TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean.
There is a pool, mini golf, volley ball and other activities to entertain campers, There is a very small store on site as well as a clean laundromat on site.
We found this park to be a well run rural RV park. We paid $43.50 per night and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.
The Rollin Ollens would stay here again

On site store carries essentials, but otherwise you are well out of town.
Sites vary from full to partial service and are very large and private with trees separating all sites from the neighbors.
Wifi not included with site and is another $7/day. We were content with Bell service on our phone at 2 bars, kinda slow but works most of the time.
Showers and washrooms were adequate 5/10.
