I arrived in Feb after the big RV show. I had no problem getting a spot for a month, and extended until April 1st. I was able to get everything I wanted to get done in the area. On the edge of T-Mobile coverage. Calls are dropped. Wi-Fi does not work. No over thr air TV channels. Extremely nice park host. Nice big level lots. Nice laundry facility. Nice clubhouse. No pool hot tub or pickle ball courts or anything. Just a park. Since it has no communications facilities we will not be staying here again. Sewer s... more

Sites are nice and wide, people are super friendly and the park is all dirt but very clean. Facilities are clean too! I love that the park is up against the peace trail and pretty quiet at night.

We're here after spending a week boondocking so a clean laundry and showers were needed. We also like to take trips to the BigTent and take part in the RV show, and this is a nice location just far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to get to Silly Als for Pizza.
