The parking lot RVs are allowed to park in is across the street from the casino. You can walk over from there - we did it with a child.

It’s in the back of the huge lot across the street from the casino. Look on Google Maps and you should see Thunder Valley Parking Lot 2. The staff were really great. Safe travels!
