Next to highly trveled dirt road with surrounding old run-down mobile homes and live-in RV's. Dirty with questionable porta potties and low tree limbs. Worst place we've stayed yet on our 3,000 mile trip this summer.

Great spot for the night on our way home from GNP. Spoke directly to the owner when we called on a Monday. Full hook up site and very quiet. New full hook ups at all the sites with easy access.

This was fine for an overnight stop; it's basically a gravel parking lot with two rows of closely spaced back in sites--all 50 amp/full hook up. I wanted to make people aware, though, since there are so few current reviews out there, that the reviews and descriptions from when it had different owners before this summer aren't really applicable. Those all mention the pool and the new bathhouse (and the Best Western hotel???); none of that is here anymore. Even the satellite image shows the pool, but apparently the new owners leveled the property when they took over. There's no pool and no bathhouse. There's a house when you pull in, but it looks unoccupied--there was no office to check in at and we didn't talk to or see anyone who works there. We remembered what site we had booked online, so we went there and set up; we didn't get an e-mail confirmation, so if we hadn't remembered the site number we'd have had to pick an empty site and hope no one else showed up to claim it (no one else would have; we were the only people there--there was one other site with a trailer, but no vehicle or signs of life). The website does not misrepresent things at all; we were just surprised to read reviews from a couple of years ago about the brand new bathhouse and the pool and arrive to find none at all. Very close to town of Glasgow with gas and restaurants. Utilities are all new and worked well. Sites not quite level so we had to unhitch (sites long enough to stay hooked up with our 32 foot trailer). Gravel in sites was very chunky and there were some deep tire ruts suggesting it could be an issue driving on it after rain. Note that there's about a half mile of fairly rough dirt road off the main highway to access the campground, but definitely doable.

Pulled in after many hours on the road. Had called ahead and the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and gave us his last pull thru site with 50 amp. We get there and are greeted by a couple of kids that knew we were coming but that was it. A teenager came, he was very nice and I told him the spot number. He led us there. Place was run down, lots of full-timers which is ok but place was messy. Dogs also were running loose. Asked about this and said it was ok. Not for us. One was s very large German Shepard. My husband was attacked as a child by one of these and to this day is not comfortable around them. The spot was ok, but overhead tree posed a slight problem so we left. May be ok for a night if you do not mind dogs, it was on a side road just off 2, and quiet.
