Our site R26 was small, dusty and no shade until late afternoon! The RV sites we very close together with no privacy and little room to park the truck. Full hook ups and pretty level sites. There was a pool that looked nice but we didn’t use it. Expected larger sites for the price. Employees were very friendly.

The strange thing is that the RV portion of the park is all up against the wall and away from the river. It looks like the riverfront are for tents or smaller vehicles with no hookups.
The RVs are somewhat crowded together especially those that are in the middle section. We were in site 27 which is on the end, giving us a lot more room. The challenge with this site is that it is only 30 amp. The best site we thought was next to us, site 28. This one had access to a small "porch" (a small area next to the wall where you can hear/see the river and set up a few chairs) which made the site a bit larger.
The greatest thing about this campground is its proximity to Sequoia National Park and the cute town of Three Rivers with its brewery and couple of shops. We didn't get to take advantage of these much due to COVID rules. We did have AT&T cell but the internet ran VERY slow and the cell was spotty at times. To work, we had to go a half hour away to a coffee shop. I was surprised to find that our rate went up $22 to $76 for the Friday we were there.

Check dates of reviews. New Management is not taking care of the place. Bathrooms and laundry were disgusting. Camp sites were gravel and dirt. No grass. No management of dust. You’d be better off camping in a Walmart parking lot. The river was nice for a swim. But you could drive to a lake from Walmart. I stayed over a 3 day weekend and it was very hot and the end of a drought so I was going to let the grossness pass. But another camper has been going there 15 years and said they hAve their own water and it was never so bad under previous management. Also, sites very close together. Multiple vehicles on sites. More than allowed people per site. Quiet times not observed. Other vehicles parked in my site. Kids running around unsupervised. Pool had to close because of defecation alarm by unsupervised kids. Speed limits unenforced. Somewhat better after holiday but still filthy. No one picking up garbage in the ground. Probably ok for an overnight.

They sell and bring you firewood until midnight at $9 a crate full. They lent us a ladder to reach the top of our slide out so we could sweep it off. The sites are close together. Our site was clean but the table provided was VERY dirty. When we stayed, the campground was pretty much full with an exception of a few cancellations due to the fires around. Our sight was next to the swimming hole and volleyball court and the restrooms, showers, pool and office were pretty close too. We’d come again. Our only real complaint would be the price. It was $70 a night plus $6 per guest.

Nice, semi-grassy sites with fire-pits made from washing machine tubs (good idea!). Staff was friendly. Campground close to nice coffee shop--Sequoia Coffee Co; quaint little bar/deli--Totem Market; and nice restaurant with a great patio view right on the river--Gateway Lodge. Also close to small market and general store. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week in April 2019 so we could visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We had site R31, which was a pull in site with FHU 50 amp and cable. Our site was not huge but sufficient for a picnic table, fire ring and room between rigs. There was no Wifi but Verizon 4G was 5 bars. We were on one of the 3 rivers and the raging waters sounded wonderful! The junction of the 3 rivers is right at the edge of the campground. The owners were new and really friendly and helpful. We had problems with our stairs and they suggested a mobile RV person, who worked out great. The CG is not huge but it’s comfortable, casual, quiet, and has lots of nice sites for tents also. There is a decent grocery store and a great brewery down the street that we walked to. We would stay here again.

We had more than enough room for our 25-foot trailer. Didn't use the bathrooms, but the laundry room was clean and all the machines worked. It's all about location here with the cute town of Three Forks only a few minutes away and the entrance to Sequoia NP a short 15-minute drive. If you like good food and craft beer be sure to visit the Buckaroo Diner and Three Rivers Brewing

This place is fine if you take a tent but if you take a trailer I do not recommend the places is VERY SMALL , and they not want to let you camp in the tent area close to river, this place is beautiful but this bothers me a lot,the bathrooms are little dirty
