Don’t understand the positive reviews, must’ve been different years ago. The parking lot is “first come, first serve” and “doesn’t take reservations”. Yet they will boot you out for somebody who has a “reservation”. Also a few people live there in the few spot that there are, along with 2 spots that looks like for storage. Couldn’t con... more
Don’t understand the positive reviews, must’ve been different years ago. The parking lot is “first come, first serve” and “doesn’t take reservations”. Yet they will boot you out for somebody who has a “reservation”. Also a few people live there in the few spot that there are, along with 2 spots that looks like for storage. Couldn’t connect to the “free wi-fi” and you better put some bricks on your sewer connection. Semi-trucks and business traffic noise in the am. Will not stay again.

Overall Rating
A simple RV park with nice level lots, nothing fancy, but downtown Red Bay so walking distance to stores. Owners came by and were extremely helpful and friendly. They have a fenced yard available if your dog needs some exercise. We will definately stay here again whenever we need work done at Tiffin facilty.

This was our first time staying in Red Bay, and this RV Park was recommended to us. We took a quick drive through the other parks in town and will certainly be staying here again when we return to Red Bay in a month. This was our first time staying in Red Bay, and this RV Park was recommended to us. We took a quick drive through the other parks in town and will certainly be staying here again when we return to Red Bay in a month. Compared to "normal" RV parks throughout the country, this one would rank pretty low, but compared to all others in Red Bay it's great! It's a concrete parking lot (better than the others which are gravel), but a couple sites are quite un-level side-to-side. Site spacing is OK for a parking lot style park, and hookups are behind the sites. AT&T was slow, Verizon was fast. Free WiFi was a pleasant surprise, and being able to use the fenced yard of the adjacent house as a dog park was nice. It's two blocks from the Tiffin plant, an easy walk. The only downsides for us were 1) lots of ants around the utility hookups, and 2) lots of noise, which is pretty inescapable in Red Bay. We stayed for a week, thus the discounted rate of $17 and change ($120 for the week).

Red Bay Downtown RV Park is located in the center of Downtown Red Bay conveinent to all downtown shops and restaurants, as well as the main Tiffin Motorhome plant which is 2 blocks away- walking distance! Red Bay Downtown RV Park is located in the center of Downtown Red Bay conveinent to all downtown shops and restaurants, as well as the main Tiffin Motorhome plant which is 2 blocks away- walking distance!
The 10 sites are full service and located on concrete, with grassy areas for pets. This park is easily accessible for all motor coaches. The park is very clean and well taken care of.
The rates are $20/day and $120/week. You may call 256-460-8108 for availability and reservations!
